Love ramen and your blog is very cool. Any recommendations for ramen around LA? Also, are you Japanese (you seem to be quite knowledgeable about Japanese food/language/culture)
Hi!! thanks for the kind words ahh 😊 I haven’t been around LA as much, but Daikokuya is a really popular spot in Japantown. I had it once and it was pretty good!
And oops I’m not Japanese but I’ve grown up pretty adjacent to the culture due to my home environment and am also currently studying the language (although I am very bad at it xd)
