Remember my bestie who gifted me a hand-made replica of a bento puzzle from the hit videogame Nancy Drew: Shadow at the water's edge for my birthday? Well, it's HER Birthday today!

This year I thought I would combine her love for dress-up games and Nancy Drew games into a nostalgic paper doll just like the ones from our childhood✨

Picking a wardrobe selection from The Phantom of Venice game was no brainer, that one is very much iconic.

And here is Nancy in my favourite outfit in front of my childhood's treasure - Nancy Drew books ❤️ What a fashion icon.

I love Rapunzel's hair with Princess Charming!! It reminds me of the sewn hair from the Romans, not the same style, but bc of how intricately held together it is that it looks like it was sewn in place :> either that or Princess Charming hooked her lady up with some great haircare potions lol

Hahah Rapunzel's hair is an interesting topic, actually. It was a wig in the movie, wasn't it? Someone once suggested, that, since Charming has this beautiful magical hair, she made a wig for Rapunzel out of her own hair. I think that's really sweet, actually. But I'm still not sure how to tie it nicely into the story.

I think some potions are definely involved. Princess Charming is a business woman and wouldn't miss her chance to try to sell products that promise buyers the same hair as hers (that wouldn't work, obviously). But she herself might posses some actually working potions. And use it for herself. Or her loved ones����

Definetely something to think about, since Princess Charming is THE most beauty standart abiding one out of all of my ladies. It's kind of her whole thing, isn't it. So I'm not sure how that would work, BUT! I HAVE been thinking about giving her the original Prince Charming haircut for a while now. I think it's time I finally do it 😌

I love the Toy Story idea of Butch! Buzz and soft, goody two shoes Woody, but to be honest, I always wished to see some Jesse x Bo Peep. I feel like they tried to play on the 'damsel in distress' thing in the first movies, then made her badass for plot development...I still would have loved, if in an alternate universe, Jesse managed to escape herself and met Bo Peep and started an adventure as lost toys together.

I just love them :D

I really do need to brush up on my Toy Story knowledge to form my own opinion. Can't say anything right now for sure, since i don't remember much hahah. But ladies with other ladies on adventures is ALWAYS a fun time, can't argue with that!

Exactly a year ago I was having such a miserable day, I was so lost in life and in myself, and so I decided to forget about real life problems for a while and rewatch The Road to El Dorado.

I don't know who and what kind of magic ritual performed on me, but that same night I drew my first ever Tulia and Miguella sketch. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they are my saviors. Not only did they rebuild my love for drawing from the ashes, but they also became the last step in my journey of accepting myself. I hope the spark that they've lit me up with can also shine for other fellow lost in life women, who happen to stumble onto my art.

Happy one year with Tulia and Miguella, me. No words can express my love for them, truly.
