So I'm rereading Let The Ricks Fall Where They May and I figured you ought to know that I can picture B-526 Rick and Surgeon Rick with the classic Rick voice, but for some inexplicable reason my brain refuses to hear Ricktus as a Rick. Instead he has a snooty high-brow voice in my head that is occasionally British. I figured this would amuse you.

OMG, that’s the exact sort of idea I had in mind when I was writing those characters. Ricktus has always been more formal in speech than the others, I’m so glad he comes across that way!  Surgey and B-526 were definitely created more like how C-137 speaks in show canon, though Surgey has WAY more gangster words peppered in his dialogue. It amuses me greatly <3 Well done, anon!

This isn’t really a question but please don’t abandon your fanfic! Must know how it ends!

Agh, I promise you, I really haven’t abandoned it. Those characters practically dominate my creative thought process.  It’ll get done. Even if the apocalypse arrives.

With the new episodes now airing, will you begin writing again or is the fanfic abandoned? What do you think of the newest episode?

Hello! I promise you the story isn’t abandoned. Have gone through a busy time, and then a big down patch, but am slowly clawing my way back. I’ve been staring at the Chapter 36 draft for a long time. It’ll get done agh!  Maybe not in time for the fic’s birthday this year, but I’ll make the effort.

Another problem I’ve had - I spent so long setting those characters up to where they are, and they just got to a NICE place. Chapter 36, 37, and 38 throws a nuclear warhead into everything as the climax takes the story to its conclusion. But I know where I want to go with the characters post-story now, so everything will be okay. Thanks for sticking it out for so long!

It went live about 12 hours ago! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BCQtmEVYJY&feature=youtu.be So because I did this for S3, here are my my predictions for S4: Space Flying scene -  That’s gotta be real. There’s too many unique animation angles, the entire sequence looks customised, too much effort to spend on a throwaway joke. Snakes in the Garage - That looks real too, there’s already been a teaser about it Rick Getting Beat Up - Real, again, too many unique animation angles Morty in the lake - Fake. Those alien rigs look recycled from the immortality theme park in S3 Two Headed Goose - Fake. Uses the standard animation rigs which is fairly low effort, probably thrown in last minute because of Untitled Goose Game meme. What are your thoughts? Feel free to fight me in DMs.

Nerd moment here, but if you haven’t noticed, all of LTRFWTM’s Ricks have personalised ironies about them: - B-526 is a family oriented Rick who lost his family - Surgeon Rick is a surgeon who lost his licence to practise - Ricktus is a pediatrician who couldn’t save his own Morty  Massive writeup coming soon, but Chapter 36 is about 1/4 of the way done as of tonight. Season 4 is also coming this week. Bring it on, Rick and Morty fandom nerds!
