So...I listened to We could start a cult and it feels so...unfinished?? Like the guitar rift and vocals are pretty but it's feels like an interlude u would hear on an album rather than a full track?
There is maybe 7 lines of lyrics in that song? Like you couldn't be bothered to think of 3 more lines in the chorus but instead just repeat "I'll follow you to no tomorrow" 4 times?
I know apparently it's an inside joke between him and his gf but maybe some things should just stay an inside joke LOL. It's as if he had this initial idea and then just sang it over some rift and called it a day.
It's just bullshit yo, and when I read the comments and I swear we are in a Niall Horan cult ://
It's a brilliant marketing ploy, the title is provocative but it's just hollow.
I wish I could hv a based discussion because I'm someone who complusively needs to read comments to validate my opinions but I really disagree with the near fawning ppl are doing?
I HV to say while The Show is a great concept it is very annoying to type and tag D: like am I talking abt The Show the album or the show the gig or the show the song or the show the performance/spectacle UGHH and obv it's never auto caps cos it's just a normal phrase everyone uses
Is it a good idea to shorten it to TS??? :// I need a better solution
I feel so invested in the new album The Show ahh I love it so much and so many people are saying they also love it so much already and I'm kinda worried how the public feel like will they like it like will they like it
It's so strange because I feel like for HBW I also saw posts saying that its gonna be good but I didn't really think it was like his best work by any means (no shade to HBW but I don't really like love songs as a person) but for the show I am actually invested I think the songs are gonna be stellar from what we have heard and I just want the rest of the public to think so too? I'm crossing my fingers its gonna pop off when it's released on June 9th
Now back to listening to meltdown that song singlehandedly reignited this obsession and now I'm looking at every song on the show with rose coloured glasses
Also I'm mad impressed by the evolution of flicker to HBW to The Show (from what we've seen so far), I feel like the melodies and theme are so much more complex and interesting and vocally so much richer :D
Watching the clips felt so good too 😍😍😍 I've had kinda of a shit time transitioning into adulthood but the hype of this new album and Boston Calling I just love this fandom and this man too much
