Dying of the Light is an 18+, no word count post-season 4 Stranger Things site that’s currently set in August 1986.
The battle against Vecna in the Upside Down was supposed to be the end, but even the most carefully laid plans can too often go awry. Max Mayfield’s death, temporary though it may have been, was the final catalyst that Vecna needed to split the barrier between the two worlds apart.
Five months have passed since the day in March when Hawkins split into pieces, and the town is still fighting to recover. Though Vecna might be hidden away, recovering from his injuries, the world is far from safe in his absence. New faces have begun to turn up in town, some with dark ties to the former director of Hawkins Lab, and where their loyalties lie still remains to be seen.
We're currently looking for site canons from the Nevada Lab & MK Ultra, as well as characters like Jeff, Suzie & Argyle!

Having opened in early Feb 2024, we are excited to be nearing our third month of play! We are a dark fantasy ACOTAR AU roleplay loosely based on the book series 'A Court of Thorns and Roses' by Sarah J Maas.
Currently our major plot vibes with the first book where an evil Queen has taken over and is generally causing chaos and strife through all the courts and for the High Lords. The theme generally follows a fantasy tone when it comes to buildings and clothing with modern ish touches like indoor plumbing, heating and lighting that runs on magic. We encourage creativity for our members to make up quests, fight beasts and RP out some exciting adventures.
