i'm not going gray or even salt n pepper yet (probly a little while yet) but i do have a bunch of gray hairs already and that does make me happy :)

#crow.txt #i wish there was a way to dye my hair without covering the grays i like them #they do fade faster than the rest of my hair so they do come back #and when i let it fade it looks pretty good still bc my natural color has gone down to about a level 2 anyhow #but i love when my gray hairs are sparkly and catch the light and i want them to do that all the time!!

#irl dogs #injury mention / #<- i'm SERIOUS don't read if you're squeamish but i have to tell this story #these are all scans from a poster book that was released sometime around 2006 #i know that bc i bought said book at the book fair in 3rd grade (i mostly bought the dog stuff at the book fair if i'm being honest) #and i decided to cover my entire door in these posters :) and i did it all by myself! (<- i did not do a very good job they all fell down) #the thing is i was very short in 3rd grade so i could only reach so far up the door #but it was okay because i figured out that if i stood up on a chair and jumped i could juuuust get the tape on the top to stick :) #so finally i get to the last poster #in the top left corner which is right in the corner of my room #and the angle is a little tricky because i can only move the chair so far over #but my mom is asleep and i wanna get the last poster up so i can show her when she wakes up #so i do my best to get the angle just right and i jump--! #THUD #blood is instantly just pouring down my arm #it takes a second to register but i have jammed my thumb into the hinge of my door and now my thumbnail is split completely in half #and the worst part was that i had to go wake up my mom :( (she wasn't mad or upset with me i just didn't wanna bother her) #it healed just fine but i have a very pronounced ridge down the middle of that nail now

copper is 2 years old now!!!! the ice cream truck even sang him happy birthday :)
