I'm really wondering whether artistic people are more often queer, or that they're more often open-minded enough to accept they're queer. I make collage art putting together porn and old magazines from Soviet union times, if I'm crazy enough to manage harmony and aesthetics combining those two, why wouldn't I accept that I'm seriously actually into women for real, and why wouldn't I have the guts to try it. I've read statistics on autistic people turning out to be very much more likely to be queer and reasoning the scientists had was that we don't care about social norms and fitting in as much as most people do(we don't find them logical or useful in any way, why would we be part of something we don't believe is legit)

There's so much infighting between goths on what constitutes as real goth music, that some within the subculture will cry about how so and so band isn't really goth...even though said band is highly influential to the scene.

Seriously, I've seen people claim Alien Sex Fiend, Joy Division, The Cure, Souxsie, Virgin Prunes isn't real goth because they experiment with different genres. It's insane.
