heyyy do you have any shifting tips for ppl who overcomplicate it all? i saw u on astra's account talking about it so i wanted to ask

I don’t really have tips, i kinda just go on and not dwell on it, try to keep an organized file of where you’re going to. If you believe something will work for you then it will, it’s your journey. I know it’s easy to get obsessed but always remind yourself it takes time, you don’t need a method as long as you have to intention to shift, It’s your reality so whatever you think is possible in the dr will happen. I tend to think about it in an “it is what it is” mindset, so just experiment with how you want to shift and if you want a routine or not. hopefully this helps, i’m not usually the best at giving advice but if you wanna know something i could try to help

I’ve seen a lot of posts on my dash tonight about users who are threatening suicide, with other Tumblr members posting in effort to try to get ahold of them. I think you all should see this:

IF THERE IS EVER A TUMBLR USER WHO HAS POSTED A GOOD-BYE MESSAGE, SUICIDE NOTE, VIDEO, OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS POST.

1. Scroll to the top of your dashboard.

2. See the circular question mark icon at the top? It’s the third one over from your home symbol. Click on that, and a screen similar to the one in the picture will come up.

3. Where you can type in questions, the box with the magnifying glass at the top, type in the word “suicide.”

4. Click on the first link that shows up. It should say, “Pass the URL of the blog on to us.”

5. Type in the user’s URL and tell Tumblr admin that the user is contemplating suicide and has posted a message indicating that they are going through with it or will be attempting. Hit send! Tumblr administration will perform a number of actions to contact the user and take the necessary steps to prevent the suicide.

TUMBLR: THIS COULD SAVE A USER’S LIFE. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE SUICIDE THREATS.

Reblog this to keep other users aware. Suicide isn’t a joke, and neither is someone’s life. If you didn’t know this, someone else may not, either. Pass it on.

These days were nothing short of stressful, homework began to pile up as you were focused on your stalker but who could blame you? All this stress is bound to make you stumble from being overwhelmed, building up as much courage as you can you decided to pile up all the evidence into a messenger bag on your way to school feeling small and vulnerable not knowing where she was but you held it in as you slowly made your way to the office knocking on the door, “come in.” He said with a soft sigh, walking in you felt yourself lose the ability to speed and start to stammer a little bit but manage to compose yourself, “there has been a classmate stalking me after school” you feel yourself becoming less tense and relaxed as you watch his shocked expression when you hand him the letters, “this is inexcusable, her Parents will be called immediately and will be expelled.” Feeling satisfied with your answer you start to walk out the door feeling something weighing on it to see her leaning on the door, your face runs pale and frozen in place with fear fulling your lungs but you knew nobody else was in the hallways during lunch to witness anything happen, the only thing you could do was mindlessly run watching as she slowly catches up to your paste. The pain of being knock to the marble floor floods your body and you try to wiggle from under her grasp but failing from your body doing it’s best not to strain, grabbing your face harshly and forces you to focus only on her face and she suffocates you till you pass out. Waking up with a sore throat on a cold floor in a dark room you’ve never seen before but you knew for sure this was still in school but you didn’t have time to spare looking around trying to see with the dim lighting around you seeing trash cans and desks, you tried screaming with a fruitless attempt and a worsened throat deciding to cut your loses and try banging on the doors hoping somebody would hear, banging louder and louder you started to hear heavy footsteps unlocking the door revealing the school janitor. He noticed the bruise around your neck and took you straight to the nurses office, holding on to the little consciousness you have left to answer the nurses question with a simple thumbs up or down until you pass out from exhaustion

starting off a new School year is always nerve racking especially when its high school where you’re constantly pushing to do your best to get a job in the future, stepping through the door sent a chill down your spine as you tried to remind yourself there’s nothing to worry about looking at all the people you’ve never talked to before as you made your way to your old locker noticing a leaning on it. “Excuse me, could you please move?” trying not to be awkward about it, she stared at you for a second then moved away giving you access to the locker getting your things before class starts. The same locker girl takes a seat beside you in all the classes you have together , staring enough to intimidate you into reading your notes trying to pass it off as one of those weird kids that will always stare at you no matter what you’re doing, all your interactions with her is being stated at without even a mumble, pure silence.

Walking to the market on Saturday is always interrupted by your admiring in the distance looking at you, eyes trained on where you last were a minute ago. It’s not like you ever talked so why would she be stalking you? It just didn’t make any sense for a random classmate to be stalking you, does it? You even consider calling the polic but there wasn’t enough evidence to shoe it wasn’t just a coincidence but you never stopped worrying about the possibility she was stalking you, you try to take your mind off of her but everything makes you feel like you’re being watched, even becoming more jumpy overtime at any sound that was from outside slowly driving you insane and even finding letters you’d leave sealed in between your gate with hearts painted blue and green lipstick marks. But eventually you’d bring them to the principle so she’d finally leave you alone.
