It’s come to that time again
Day one of the rest of my life
Day one of looking after my mind, body and soul.
Day one of putting myself first
Day one of addressing my anxieties.
Haven’t been the greatest over the last few months. I have always been the sort of person to put others needs and wants first; never my own. But it’s time for that to change and realise I am important and I am my own number one.
So using this as a place to keep track on myself really. Self motivate through words and pictures with the occasional personal blog.
