Hair retex for funsies from scratch and in 8k for KS hairdos.
Covers like 180 and smth of hairstyles plus the hairline/scalp textures.
Fuck me, this was hard, thought I'd be able to crunch it all in 2 months and make a full release, but nooooooooooooo.
For now, 1st release on boosty and patreon. Permissions stay closed until the mod's complete or I burn out completely, but unless you REALLY WANT TO use the textures somewhere - send me a message.
Depending on reception, I may or may not retex other hair mods because fucking piss it's harder than the one i've already released cuz this one has entirely new maps.

My first ever 3D model printed and cast in silver!
So, after finishing DA2, I decided to get my first ever game bling (the renegade ME3 tag doesn't count cuz it's a gift), consciously this time, with full commitment. I looked everywhere for some Kirkwall heraldry for a pendant, but ALAS, there was nothing except some gray warden stuff and a metric ton of anything Inquisition related.
I found some guys who do game related jewelry, and thanks gods they do commissions. After making contact, they told me they're kinda busy to design the thing for me from scratch, but they're willing to print me my own model, to which I, OF COURSE, agreed - you know, it's kinda no biggie, and I get to make it the way I want it to be.
Hard surfaced the model, sculpted it in Zbrush, prepared for printing (apparently, it's that easy), got feedback from the guys (initially it was 10cm x 6cm, which is kinda... TOO MUCH), did some more fixing and TADA, 20 days later I finally have it.
I'm glad they managed to keep the grooves sculpted at the front, but a bit sad the drawing on the back had to go (the guys warned me in advance it won't show after polishing, so no problems here), because I did a really good job of researching DA2 loading screens, lmao. A friend later explained it's for practical and comfort reasons.
Still waiting for the lil gucci-gucci rope to arrive to actually wear it, but I'm soooooo fucking ecstatic.
It's heccin heavy, I most definitely didn't expect that, 17,17 grams iirc.

I'm so ready for Dreadwolf. Didn't expect to get hyped this much after finishing the entire inquisition.
DAI's dlcs are probably the highlights of the game (with exception to jaws of hakkon, that one kinda sucks), and trespasser just punches you right into your gut. Love it. My main regret is that i decided against romancing Solas again :/
So, install a few gameplay mods on top of DAI like no loot anim, sprint, maybe infinite fade step - and you're golden, suddenly the game is playable, and you're able to grind hinterlands like you don't hate it.
Also, the kitty necklace straight up rocks, it carried my weak ass mage lavellan the entire trespasser.

12 years later, and DA2 is still one of the best games i've ever played. Barely launched it, and it's been a week already, i just can't stop playing it. Tried DAI after the first playthrough, but fuck me, it's just horrible gameplay wise, i can't make myself push through it. I'm hoping the Dreadwolf will be more like the first two games.

I gotta admit, back in the olden days i was one of those dipshits that were pissed at the way Jennifer Hepler wrote Anders, citing "she changed his personality way too much by turning him into a whining fuck". WELL, 12 years later, i changed my opinion for good: the entire fucking time he was slowly giving in to possession of the spirit that became progressively more and more corrupted by Anders' feelings and emotions, sorta-kinda a very negative feedback loop, and add the taint in the blood - welp.
Me, 12 years ago: pls don't do revolution it's bad.
Me, now: hell yeah brother, it's revolution time!
Don't get me wrong, i liked him before, but now that i finally changed my views on his writing, realizing the nuances - fuck me, easily one of the most beloved characters in the entire franchise, after Hawke of course, he's the bestest.

The ATLA live action is a huge disappointment. I hope there won't be a 2nd season, so the writers can't butcher the story any more.
Wasn't hyped for it, wasn't expecting anything, still disappointed - it was THE SHOW of my childhood.
The acting is awful, so far only Zuko carries the show with occasional Sokka goofs here and there, the cabbage merchant is top notch tho, which is expected, Ozai kinda good enough too, tho not enough of screen time.
Aang and Katara are the biggest offenders, those kids just can't act; they either overact or underact. Katara's character was murdered.
Storytelling is bad, consisting of bits and pieces throughout the 1st and 2nd books of the original show; a lot of significant moments are missing.
The show looks like a buncha cosplayers running around the set, trying to roleplay.
CGI is fine, good even, but that's that.

Hi, my bad if this isn't the correct avenue for this type of communication but I have a couple questions about a possible commission. Would a commission to create a high poly head based on an already existing low poly Skyrim head come under, "Making higher poly version of a mesh" or a full "Head" from scratch in the price guide? And when creating your head's do you use your own base mesh or something like High Poly Head?
Haven't I told you already? If it's only high poly you want, I can do high poly, but the quality won't increase, it'll still be an ugly potato. If you want quality, you'll have to go with head from scratch. Price options depend on whether you are going to share it publicly later or if you are going to keep it to yourself; the second option is cheaper because I forgo some licensing stuff for you, the first is expensive cuz I need to make sure you won't get into legal troubles (you still may share the head publicly if you go with the second option, that'll just be on you if get into a trouble).
For head from the scratch, I'll either use 3rd party high quality head to wrap on top of the sculpted head or, if time is not of the essence for you, I'll be making brand new head meah for you specifically.
