Hey Insta-Fam 😊 So believe it or not I’m actually “shy”. Not shy in the most common sense like some may think. I have no problem speaking in front of large crowds of people. I have no problem walking up to people to market my businesses. I have met some pretty amazing people along the way by being so passionate and forthright. Their is this one lingering aspect of marketing that I don’t do so well with and that’s my actual presence on social media. I feel awkward talking to a camera. I actually love the presence of people and connecting with people in person. The reality is these are not the times we are living in. Social media is extremely important and a vital component of growing for me at this point. When my brother asked me to do a podcast with him, I was more than willing to do it because I wanted to support his vision and do whatever I could to help him along the way. When in reality he is helping me more than I am helping him. He is helping me break free of my comfort zone and get in front of the camera. He tells me I have a lot of information to share and I should take it more seriously. I guess he’s right 🤷🏽♀️. I had a client recently tell me she had no clue how I actually was because I don’t really share much of “me” on social media. I will say this, if we have had the opportunity to share space and time, you know my main objective beyond providing you quality hair care services and a quality experience is to encourage everyone to fulfill every goal and desire you have. I love networking and putting the right people together so that we all win. Well I say all this to say check out my brother and I first podcast of many “Work & Wealth with the Watters”.
