So much to see, so little time… I am in love with this town. Out of all the travels I’ve done (which I have seen splendid sceneries), this island is my favourite of them all, no doubt. Every intersection has something special that catches your eye, and this city is so complex yet so tidy… I’ve been here twice and I feel like visiting it again, because I can’t get tired of this familiar yet extraordinary metropolis

Some pics of Dobie and Lolly’s farm <3

Dobie’s been working the farm for as long as he’s lived on the island. He loves getting his hands dirty and being rewarded for all his hard work. However, things have been getting more difficult as he grows older. A stubborn wolf, he refuses to retire and hand off the farm. 

That’s where Lolly comes in. A passionate cook, she’s been buying Dobie’s goods for a while, claiming the best food comes from the freshest ingredients. Noticing that Dobie’s been struggling with lifting the boxes of fruits, the way he complains about his back, and how digging in the soil is winding him in a way it never had before, Lolly proposes a deal. She moves onto the farm and lends a helping hand, and Dobie lets her have all the left over produce at the end of the farmer’s markets free of charge. 

Though he’s too hard-headed to admit it, Dobie’s grateful for the help. And the yummy food that comes with it.

Hi, I’m Miki! I’ve been lurking on here for a while so I decided to finally make an ACNH blog. Happy to finally join!

My island is called Cat City. It was once a promising town that was growing at an alarming rate. One day, the island was mysteriously abandoned and it soon became forgotten. The island became overgrown, hardly recognizable from what it once was. 

A few months ago, drawn by the promise of an island getaway, people started moving back to the island. While they’ve done their best to restore the historic downtown district, most of the island remains largely untouched. You’d think this would bother the new citizens, but encouraged by their resident rep, whose family has lived on the island for generations, they have found a balance between nature and development.

I have finally been inspired to finish my second island, Maple Cove, after the recent update! This island is very different from my other island and I was working outside of my comfort zone but I am so happy with how it looks now, after 700 hours put into it.

Maple Cove is a warm and rustic hippie forest town with a lot of little farms and log cabins. It has a very unique style and warm color palette. 💐 If you need some cheer after visiting a bunch of horror dream towns, this bright island is the perfect one to visit! 🌻🌲🌞
