How to Make the Perfect Baba (Bottle)

This recipe is perfect to use to make babas before bedtime or naptime! It makes me really sleepy and is delicious, as well as non caffeinated. It also is allergy friendly, because regular milk and be swapped for lactose free milk, almond milk, etc. It’s also sugar free! (If no whipped cream is added.)

Ingredients + supplies needed:

-bottle/sippy cup/something to drink out of

-vanilla extract

-cinnamon

-nutmeg

-honey

-milk

Instructions:

1. Pour desired amount of milk into container

2. Boil water

3. Add the boiled water to the milk, it’ll warm the milk.

4. Add honey, vanilla and other spices to taste!

5. Shake or stir the mixture to finish it, and you can top it off with whipped cream.
