It's where "the girl" came from. 😂 🌸🎵Bossa nova and jazz are not the same, contrary to popular opinion. Bossa is rooted in jazz however. It is like differentiating samba from bossa nova or blues from jazz. They are all different styles of music. 🌸🎵Now, both jazz and blues are like siblings, since they both originated around the late 19th - early 20th centuries in Southern United States (in places such as Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and "The Carolinas": North and South Carolina). 🌸🎵Bossa nova (or "new wave" / "new sound"), now, is like their younger cousin from Brazil.
