Expert's Guide To The Heroes of Fire Emblem (and how to use them)

FE1 Marth -the trouserless prince -one of the greatest units -enemies are drawn to him regardless of what 1HP units are next to them -give him all the Defense boosters and use HIM to choke points; Draug is for the uncreative masses -he gets ripped quick, and he doesn’t know how to slow down -better than Smash!Marth

FE2 Alm -a tree -literally all you need -this kid’s Strength will hit nuclear levels -watch him two shot everything in late game, as a tear rolls down your cheek

FE2 Celica -’s gale (doesn’t exist in this game) -the og Tactician class setup -gets some of the best magic extremely quickly -her path is the easier path in Gaiden, so she snowballs into OP territory quite easily -can shoot zombie dragons out of the air with a single angel (as long as a healer is nearby)

FE3 Marth -what went wrong -struggles to traverse the maps -dies to sudden noises -can’t protect his waifu -wears pants now (like a fool)

FE4 Sigurd -hottest dad award -deals flaming high damage -burns out his enemies with his amazing stats -ignites his teammates with his leadership stars -spits hot fire

FE4 Seliph -without a horse, he’s not that special -with a horse he becomes a nigh-unkillable god -if Ced didn’t exist, Seliph would be the greatest FE4 unit -but why would you want to live in a world where Ced doesn’t exist?

FE5 Leif -another tree -I mean, he’s okay, I guess -the Light Sword is his crutch -but if you use it too much, he loses the only thing that makes him really useful for the majority of the game -he got the shitty end of the holy blood stick

FE6 Roy -hahahahahaha

FE7 Eliwood -Le Stabby Stabby man -horsekiller, knightkiller, waifukiller -his stats are average across the board, meaning he’s boring af -once you play Hector’s story, you can see that Eliwood isn’t really important at all

FE7 Hector -aim at enemy -gain exp from obviously killing said enemy -repeat until no more enemies -seize throne -repeat until epilogue

FE7 Lyn -does not effect the plot -still more useful than Eliwho? -critz4dayz

FE8 Eirika -the generic speedy glass cannon type -Eliwood, with boobs, a skirt, and more plot involvement -oh, and blue hair! -gets a neat horse

FE8 Ephraim -look a Hector’s section above -do that here -gets a horse

FE9 Ike -why did Smash make him slow? -Speed is literally his best stat -mediocre until promotion -turns enemies into soup after promotion -sassy

FE10 Micaiah -Mickey Mouse’s Funhouse -*ahem* I mean Dawn Brigade -literal garbage unit -it’s shocking how hard it is to keep her alive on difficulties above easy -Mary Sue, but she gets over it

FE10 Ike -look at Ephraim’s section above -do that here -unfortunately doesn’t get a horse

FE11 Marth -nope -nice, 30 levels just to end up with stats rivaling late-game pre-promotes… -can unlock chests or whatever

FE12 Marth -also nope -isn’t even in the spotlight half the time

FE13 Chrom -becomes a secondary character in his own story -force marries his closest female companion, even if they don’t like him -he’s hot tho -his eyes are nice -that voice too… -AND he’s a good unit? -forget any downsides and get yourself a piece of that blueberry, onesie ass today!

FE13 Robin -kills everything

FE13 Lucina -her popularity is essentially what added kids to Fates -joins with shit bases just to grow into a slightly more speedy version of her dad -has it rough -needs a hug -pretty good bench material

FE14 Corrin -dragonstone, then choke points -the most nothing character ever -can’t even protect their own families most of the time -better in Smash

FE14 Azura -her personality is fucking everywhere -why couldn’t we’ve gotten the black dress version -myrmidon with a lance and dance utility

FE14 Ryoma -imagine Sonic the Hedgehog, but even stronger, faster, with an electric katana

FE14 Xander -imagine a horse with a wall riding it -now imagine that wall has a sword that can fire edgy laser beams
