Thinking hard about the organization of the federation again it’s just soooo interesting to get more peeks into how they operate through the hints we’ve gotten

like the “9 keys” thing in the most recent cinematic seems to imply there’s 9 authority figures in the federation, each holding a key. is Quesadilla Island’s manager “Mr. Duck” one of them? is each keyholder in charge of running a different island, but they all work together to make major decisions like island resets? bc having the key clearly gives the ability to make drastic changes to an island

then I wonder if the Watcher got rid of the previous Egg Island manager and stole their key to make purgatory. or still is the original holder, and is actually a member of the federation, but got corrupted by shadow virus and went nuts? I mean if his rank outclasses Cucurucho then it’d make sense why it doesn’t know who he is, probably isn’t authorized to

and Elena’s talk about there being different departments in the federation, she’s part of the Genetics department. only two others have been blatantly namedropped in the lore before, which are the Census Bureau & Design Bureau. tbh there has to be security & tech departments too, trained security guards exist and so do complex federation machines

I love how lately we’ve been getting lots of clues about the federation, please give me more qsmp. keep showing us more of the inner workings of your big bad dystopian organization qsmp I’m eating it up

I needed to make these two easier to draw for the love of God + just general style/detail tweaks I wanted to change

A bunch of Missa alts below to show off some details + I can't decide between shirt/no shirt lol because of said details

I take yassified Uhaura very seriously 'round here and it wasn't really shining through before.

-bye bye to the loin cloth lmao your design was cool but a bitch to draw at different angles

-shorter bangs + less "curled??" hair

-Added the weeb coat

-Redid the belt to look more like the minecraft skin because that ribbon while appealing was a bit weird and annoying to draw + Phil said in a stream he was a fan of the red belt on his skin

-Hat can now always present via ribbon since he was bothering me hat-less in situations where the hat would be awkward looking fully on (featuring friendship earring)

-Scars are star shaped now!

-Swapped baby zombie scars and spider bites on leg so he's favoring the leg without the zombie bites

-Some crows have black mouths so I used that cuz its pretty cool

-Different & Sticker decorated cane! courtesy of Chayanne + Tallulah

-I'm not drawing all those little fucking feathers like before anymore, I like the brush I used makes them look much nicer + neater

-Clips wings are longer + wider but still frayed and clipped to hell and also more speckled with diamonds

-Almost gave him the fandom trademark weird long tail with hair tuft at the end but had to stick with actual bird tail

-He has flesh everybody 🎉🎉

-Autopsy scars + top surgery scars, pissa is t4t in my heart

-I love drawing bones so had to have some skeleton markers in there

-Got rid of that fuckass pattern on the cloak, it was visually appealing but a fucking pain to draw in different positions GOOD RIDDANCE

-High waist parachute pants + leggings cuz ya gotaa cover those ankles in front of the old man

-Sleeveless turtleneck (pending) looks nice with the unintentional scars on top which would be preserved if the shirt is a permanent addition

-Hair is more blue than purple to mirror his youtube icon (kinda Coraline loooking tbh)

-Phil's feathers on his pendent

-Hour glass on the loin cloth reminiscent of the old design

-blackout skeleton and reg skin color would be one in the same form

-Might give him some armband thing on his wrists or something, I almost gave him fingerless gloves, idk I don't want to cover the markings but his arms are a bit plain

-I don't know why but he doesn't give Missa vibes when he has a mouth and he's not just the skull someone help 💀🥲😭

-Im going to tweak his design again I already know it his face and hair are bothering me so bad

-Might try drawing him full on skeleton with this design for fun
