Oh God, I just realised that Soup's story in both season 2 and season 3 ended the same way. A failed attempt to end herself and escape her problems - specifically by detonating the very same solution which got her into the situation in the first place, then coming out of the other side having lost everything and all alone. Mirroring stories and past actions and cycles something or other good Lord this one wasn't even intentional
