I get a lot of DMs asking me “How do I know if I have ADHD?” and the short and boring answer is “you can’t unless you talk to a doctor”.
But I want to share what I think should have been obvious clues to me!
I think it’s hard to judge your own symptoms if all you’ve known your entire life was ADHD. I was convinced I had no problems and just had to stop being lazy and all my problems would go away.
So, to everyone asking themselves “what if I’m just lazy?”, I hope you can find the courage from this to seek a diagnosis! And if you can’t:
Your struggles are legit and real, if they have a name or not.

Please help
copy pasting from twitter here https://twitter.com/Rezllen/status/1155878430958747648 https://www.gofundme.com/fraud-victim-and-bank-won039t-help I  feel horrible that I even have to post this or share that this happened to me, but over the weekend I was a victim of fraud and got robbed. I would appreciate retweets and shares.  The people who stole from me managed to get my phone number, the cops are not helping, and the bank can’t refund my money until the cops try to get involved. The people who did this have been calling me and threatening me.  It sounds like I can’t get my stolen money back and if they keep calling I may have to change my phone number. This shit feels like a nightmare. Only one police officer so far that I’ve talked to has put in effort in trying to track these people down.  I hate to ask for donations because I know that there’s other people who are in need and I feel guilty about it. But with being unemployed up till now and rent coming up my anxiety is spiking. Alternatively I also have a shop if you want to buy art. (link: https://rezllen.storenvy.com/) Thanks for reading. I’m sorry for the awkward post about this sort of subject.

The Biorobots of Chernobyl
Tumblr media
The liquidators sent to the rooftop of the destroyed Reactor 4 building, in order to clean up the radioactive debris expelled after the explosion of the nuclear core.
Named as such since the rooftop was deemed suitable only for robots due to the enormous radiation present, but after the robots procured for the task ended up breaking down, the decision was made to sent men instead, as protected as they could be, and do the job, since the debris clean-up operation needed to be done in order to begin construction of a structured designed to contain the entire building, in doing so finally stopping the spread of radiation.

BYZANTIUM
The economic expansion in the first half of the 19th century, and in particular the construction of a new railway line, led to spectacular population growth in this neighborhood. The parish chapel, where until then the worship services for this parish were held, quickly became too small for the 18,000-soul parish. There was a need for a new, spacious church. The city architect drew the plans, but after disagreement about the stability they were carried out in a simplified form by the city’s building master. The works started in the mid-1850s. Thirteen years later, the church was inaugurated, even though she was unfinished at that moment and would remain so. The tower that had to crown the church on the west side never came.
The style of the church, the so-called ‘Rundbogenstil’, is eclectic with a dominance of Romanesque and Gothic elements. The round arch windows have Romanesque design and Gothic tracery. Groundbreaking in ecclesiastical architecture is the use of cast iron for the main ribs and the three-step arches. The biggest innovation in this is the roof span with two iron polonceauspants, per bay. This roof truss is made up of two under-stressed triangular beams, which are connected by a drawbar. The interior is also predominantly neo-Roman with neo-Gothic decorative elements. The monumental murals, which took more time to paint than the construction of the church itself, give this spectacularly beautiful church an oriental-Byzantine atmosphere.
After having fallen in disuse almost two decades ago, the city has now decided to sell the church to a project developer. Since the whole church and its interior are protected as cultural heritage, the possibilities for another use of the building are rather limited…

ALIEN CHURCH
The village in which this peculiar little church is located was completely destroyed during the First World War and was initially not supposed to be rebuilt. Thanks to the tenacity of the inhabitants, who formed a close community, the authorities reverted this decision and the reconstruction of the village was made possible. During the Second World War, however, the village was again hit by fate … But yet again the town was reconstructed. The church was designed by architect MQ. The building was completely erected in reinforced concrete and has no visible walls, but seems to consist merely of the roof construction that runs down to the ground. Almost the whole structure was pierced by square openings, which were covered with stained-glass windows in green and purple hues, which provide a special and colorful light…
