“Semper Paratus. “Always Ready.” What it really means is that we’re always ready to lose a member of our family. But when it’s time to face that emptiness, when you realize you’ll never see that face again, touch that skin, feel that warmth, listen to that heartbeat..... The question is.... are we ever really ready?”

PLUS they already have Travis who lost his husband and we constantly have to see how he deals with it
If the writers really had to show “how dangerous the job is,” they should of just killed off Pruitt……..

If you look in the promotional photos for Always Ready, you can see that they aren't in Grey Sloan Memorial. The sign by the janitors closet says Seattle Presbyterian Hospital. I wonder what this means for the episode.
This is super interesting! I looked into it and found that Maggie does have privileges there, but it brings up the question of why she and Andy are there during the episode. Maybe they have to do a transplant? I’m interested in seeing how this plays out in the episode!
