Hi, I really love your drawings! I really enjoy doing similar drawings, but I was curious how you come up with so many cool patterns, and also how are they created? do you use graph paper first and trace over? Sorry for all the questions, it's just out of curiosity

I usually start off with a simple shape on graph paper, then try to incorporate the shape into a pattern but I’ll most likely mess up somewhere in the process so I just try to fit that into the pattern. I add the negative space until I regret doing something. It’s all about making my mistakes into art.I guess I come up with so many different pieces because of how many mistakes are possible haAlso, my scanner is really old so it doesn’t pick up the blue lines on the graph paper, so that’s why it looks like I’m doing it free handed.Thanks for the lovely questions & the compliment
