Why do we expect immediate results from the effort we put in today? Even when you start a job it usually takes 2 weeks to get a paycheque.
So why do we take that same mindset in to the gym, growing yourself, building a business...?
All of those items take months to years to see the results from what you change today. Don’t dig up the seeds you plant today to see if they have grown.
Trust the process and plant more seeds in good soil tomorrow.

#throwbackthursday back to October 2008 training GS on the glacier at Tignes, France. High altitude training for sure at 3700m/ 12,000ft. Base camp was at 2100m.
Even at the base of the mountain walking felt like jogging 🏃and running felt like death 💀 🤣 .

What a great way to finish the year - so many of us, including myself, take criticism from people who have nothing in life we would ever want. Sometimes they are in disguise because they are ‘ahead’ of us in life.
During my ski career I was taught that I should only take advice from people who have helped others get the results I want... and it simplified my life.
Don’t just look at who they are to you - look at what they can offer you before you take their advice.
If this held you back before take this on in 2020 so that it no longer has lease in your life and so you can move forward.
