"yes?" the traveler lets out, attempting to keep the laugh from his words. he's failing miserably, but aether really can't help it.

the redhaired male looks so serious and aether is impossibly endeared even more. "so serious for such a playful threat i gave," aether murmurs, going up on tiptoes to brush lips against diluc's chin. he hadn't meant it at all, just playfully stating that he would have to search for another husband if his own didn't start paying attention to him immediately. the blond knew how busy diluc was, so they really were empty words. he didn't expect diluc to take him seriously at all.
