how do you make stupid cupid logo if you don’t mind me asking 😣💕

AINE ˳ ⠀⠀⠀ ok so hopefully i explain it well, but you'll need photoshop / photopea for it! btw, you need to have at least some knowledge of how to work around photoshop! i'm going to put the tutorial under the cut &lt;3

to achieve your words to look like this :

i first wrote 'STUPID' as i normally do, however, i selected the 'TUPID' part of the words and went to 'TOGGLE CHARACTERS' icon ( as seen in the screenshot underneath )

click on it, find this icon ( named 'SUPERSCRIPT' ) and select only that

this is how the words would usually look vs the superscript version :

next thing i had to do, is write 'UPID' part of 'CUPID'! now i do it a little bit more complicated than it's supposed to be, but i go right-click in the layers and go to 'QUICK EXPORT AS PNG'

i'd then place that saved png on the header, and before i click actual 'PLACE' i press on 'FLIP HORIZONTAL' which will turn the words the way i want them to

like so!

i then resized it so it's the same as 'TUPID', then placed it on the lower bottom of the big 'S'. after that it was quite easy, i just added the shadow on all words, and found cute png that would match my group's "vibes". for the lock, i needed to delete a small part of the png so it looks like it's going over the letter ( same thing for the arrow because you could see a shadow going over the 'S' unless i deleted it / but you can simply put it behind the letter if you don't wanna delete anything )

after that, i just put the psd on to make it look cuter and fixed the photo of the header. and that's a wrap! hopefully, this helped you anon, but if you don't have / use photoshop, there's a free version of it, called photopea and you can basically do the same things there!

SHOT IN THE HEART is the debut single by the girl group STUPID CUPID, released under MIGHTY DEVIL RECORDS on february 14th, 2017. the album consists of three songs, one of which was the instrumental version of the title track. despite getting a lot of attention due to their chirpy and cutesy debut, they received no music show wins throughout their 5-week promotions.

under the cut, you will find all movies / tv shows that feature tomie – from her young age, up until her debut ( and after ) !

as a child, tomie was primarily featured in kids' shows and movies appropriate for her young age. many people remember her for being in numerous kids' shows, especially a disney show called jessie. her character, minyoung, is one of the adopted ross kids, having been adopted when she was five years old. minyoung, or mimi– as she tells people to call her–, is a quiet yet sassy kid who knows how to take care of herself and her siblings. she has been a part of the main cast since episode one, yet during the last season of the show, she's seen less and less as the show progressed. the other characters in the show have been saying that it's because she started going to a private school, and mimi quickly became just an occurring character until the show ended in 2015. in real life, 2014 was the year tomie moved to south korea, so it became difficult for her to fly back and forth for filming.

fans who have known her ever since jessie were genuinely surprised once she debuted in stupid cupid. and after the show became a meme online, tomie kind of stopped talking about it because she felt a bit embarrassed about being a disney actress.

while she stopped filming tv shows, there was still a period of time when tomie would be featured in various movies, most of them being south korean.

in 2016, tomie was a smart and fearless seventeen-year-old wonju, a niece of sanghwa from train to busan. being a kendo player, wonju is famous for always bringing her kendo stick wherever she goes. once the actual plot starts, wonju takes care of suan with her uncle when seokwoo is unable to, and is quick to become overprotective of her. unfortunately, near the end of the movie ( when seokwoo, suan and seongkyeong reach the train ), she gets separated from the trio as she tries her best to fight the zombies away, getting bitten in the process. in the last scene where she's featured, wonju makes eye contact with a shocked seokwoo, and nods her head as the last goodbye before running the other way to attack more zombies before she becomes one as well.

that was the last thing where tomie was featured as an actress before debuting in stupid cupid.

when stupid cupid debuted and were still rookies, tomie was unexpectedly shown in the teaser for a new movie called okja. there, tomie acted as a young, but brave girl mija. the group debuted in february, but due to tomie being featured as a main character in such a famous movie that same year in june, it helped stupid cupid skyrocket into fame almost immediately.

even tho she was on a hiatus back in 2018-19, mighty devil records couldn't help but chuck her into acting again until the whole "scandal" passed. so tomie had a chance to star in he is psychometric alongside got7's jinyoung and sistar's dasom. tomie's role was a supporting character named kwon eunji, a lovable young adult that went to the same school as jaein & ahn, getting closer to jaein and later working alongside her as a police officer. fans couldn't help but awe at the way tomie portrayed a fun and clingy best friend, despite having less screen time than the other actors. fans got skittish when her character got a lot more screen time at the end of the show because they feared she'd get killed off from the show ( which was later proven false, fortunately ). overall a good way for tomie to receive good support from people, and she quickly announced the ending of her hiatus after the show.

Has the group ever tried out any other concept or has it just always been the cupid concept over and over, like do the fans not ever get over it / bored of it?

AINE ˳ ⠀⠀⠀ during their rookie era, the girls kept dropping out cute song after cute song, and while i can say they sounded a bit repetitive, male fans ate it all up because they were in their cutie patootie era! i think it was around 2019/20 that the group kind of moved away from CUTE cute songs and went down the quirky lane ( look at HEART B-B-BEAT & LIMIT TIME ). due to the members' individual representations being focused on different kinds of love, the company kinda made them focus only on the cute sides and showing off their smiles instead of looking at it from all perspectives.

although, i'd say that since 2022, STUPID CUPID has surprised everyone by releasing different genres that are connected to their concept ( look at THE NARCISSIST & BLOW A KISS ). the male fans didn't really like that, bc they love their "old" concept but the female fans can't get enough of their newer releases lmao

AINE  ˳ ⠀⠀⠀    ahhh tysm <333 well if you mean their teaser posters, then i usually do those from scratch- like i'd first find the right photos for the teasers and then play around with the psd as well as the actual photos, then i'd find the font that fits the teasers good imo! sometimes what i like to do is make it that the words are behind the people in the photo, for some reason it looks much better that way!

but if you mean posters for their bday banner, i just find some pre-made templates on da, fix it a little bit if needed and add a png of the fc <3

some of her solo fans are the worst sasaengs out there. i'm not going to get into the details yet, but what i'll say is that because she's such a private person, fans know barely anything about her life away from the cameras. maybe it's that fact that attracts crazy people to her side lmao–

if i have to put down all the members from most to least solo stans, it'd go : JEANNE > AIMEE = TOMIE > VIVA = CHESKA. viva and cheska have the least solo stans, and the ones that they have are the most chill! all they do is make cute threads on twitter, interact with fellow viva and cheska enthusiasts and are just... vibing.

tomie and aimee's solo stans are somewhere in between – some like starting fights with other fandoms for fun, but others are surprisingly normal enough to have an okay conversation with. most of them have a specific symbol in their bio, so it's easier to differentiate between an ot5 and a solo stan. by the symbol, i don't mean some cute emoticon or a number, i mean they like to put "ˢᶜ", yet there's no actual explanation as to why they're using the dwarf version of the group's initials. it's probably an inside joke of those solo stans; who knows...
