An unpopular opinion: I feel like season two was a bit rushed out at the end, or at least that the last few episodes before the finale could’ve been smoother/should’ve been used to further develop the storyline instead of what happened with Roadside attraction

DIPRAZ:

When I started shipping them: I’m,,, not actually sure how when or why I ever started shipping them. I think it was around the time I re-discovered the Mystery Kids animatic and I was indulging myself in all the fan art and around the time I started thinking of how all the kids would get along with each other and stuff and I guess around then I sort of came up with the idea that Raz and Dipper would be cute together? I’ve been on this ship for a while so it’s hard to track down how it started lmao

My thoughts: I think both Dipper and Raz are precious in their own personal ways lmao both of them sort of mean a lot to me and so does this ship. I may not be as crazy about it as I used to be but it’s still something that’s like stuck with me to this day, I think.

What makes me happy about them: as I said, both of them mean a lot to me, but as far as their dynamic (or what their dynamic would be like) goes, it just appeals to me cause I’m a sucker for their sort of overconfident buffoon x overconfident nerd relationship LMAO. They’re both just sort of similar in a lot of ways but still different enough to be an interesting dynamic (again, if it were a dynamic. That’s the hard thing about crossover ships lol)

What makes me sad about them: i have to deal with the fact that it will never be real and I have to make my own content

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: the only fanfic thing that annoys me for this ship is that it’s BASICALLY NONEXISTENT. Like yeah, there are MK fics but it’s not the same thing cause they don’t usually interact if at all, much less with any romantic connotations. There are some fanfics out there tho, surprisingly, I just wish there were more but y’know,, I have to make them myself

Things I look for in a fanfic: just please just anything HDHHSJAHD

Who I’d want them to end up with if not each other: I’m also ok with parapines and razlili and I’m ok with those ships being more popular

My happily ever after for them: just anything where they’re both still together and hanging out and goofing around if they’re older. Just,,, want them to be happy, man

FORD:

How I feel about this character: I surprisingly don’t have too many opinions on him other than he can come off as a jerk (and can be a bad influence for Dipper) but like i still think he’s not a bad character? Just that he stroke me as not the best person, but I think that was meant. My opinions on him are sort of mixed.

Any/all ships with this character: I do think him and fiddleford are adorable. I also used to ship billford ironically, if only for the “they’re petty exes” appeal of the ship LMAO

My favorite non-romantic ship with this character: him and Stan just have a great relationship I hope they stay out of fights and just learn to be good brothers again

My unpopular opinion about this character: ngl (and not sure how unpopular this opinion actually is) but I think he should be kept away from Dipper at all costs LMAO like I’m sorry old man but just the possibility of you scarring this kid and giving him anxiety attacks and PTSD, not mentioning the sort of emotionally abusive dynamic that could lead— it’s just, hmm. No. I don’t trust this man enough to not fuck the kid up.

One thing I wish would/had happened to this character in canon: I wish we could’ve seen him mellow down, if that makes sense? I think like by the end of the show I wish he could’ve just ended being a more passive person.
