You know what’s even more tragic? It’s pretty much canon that in some iterations of the comics Johnny, Susan and Ben know when something’s happening or happened to one of their own.

So therefore it’s pretty much confirmed that the Four of them share a link so imagine them reacting to Reed being quite literally unravelled apart by Wanda in that universe? They’d literally feel their link to Reed severed when he dies.
