How to Make a Pokemon TCG Divination Deck
Tumblr media
Recently, for fun, I made a divination deck using Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) cards. This has - no joke - been one of the most fun and accurate divination decks I’ve ever used. Here’s my methodology on how to make one for yourself.
This can also work with other TCGs, like Yugioh and Magic the Gathering.
Feel free to reblog with any additions, notes, advice, etc.
Putting it under the cut because it’s long. I wanted to be thorough.
If you have any questions, my ask box is open.
What You’ll Need
Pokemon Cards
Card Sleeves
Deck Box
Intuition
Imagination
How to Obtain Cards
If you’re like me, you probably have a substantial amount of cards lying around. If you aren’t like me... well, you gotta obtain some.
“How, though?”
I highly recommend buying those cheap resale already-opened cards that you see in a lot of places.
Tumblr media
(via DarkGhoul on Youtube; best pic I could find of these kinds of packs)
They’re usually seen as scams by collectors, but these things are perfect for amassing a lot of random bulk cards for a divination deck.
You can also probably find mass bulk online or in certain game shops.
You don’t need a lot of hyper-super-ultra-mega-rare-shiny-holo-whatever for your deck. You just need cards. And this is a good way to get them.
If you want more bang for your buck, buy official blisters or box sets. They’re more expensive, but the money does go to the Pokemon company instead of some sketchy third-party. And you might even pull some rare cards, too.
If there are specific single cards that you’re interested in, there are many shops online that sell cards! You’re likely to find those singles at one of them, especially if they’re common or uncommon.
Alternatively, you can buy some booster packs and open them to see what you get.
↪ Tip: Make sure the backs of your cards are the same!
Some Pokemon cards have different style backs! Japanese cards have different back art than US cards, and some older cards will have slight differences!
While deck sleeves can cover the back, some of them are slightly transparent. This could skew the accuracy of the reading, whether you intend for it to or not.
Card Sleeves & Deck Boxes
You can usually find deck boxes and card sleeves in the trading card section of shops. If not, try a specific gaming / hobby shop, or just get them online.
I can not stress how much easier deck sleeves make shuffling your deck. They’ll also protect the cards from the usual wear and tear of shuffling and drawing.
Deck boxes provide a handy, safe, affordable way to store and travel with your deck.
↪ Tip: You can buy specialty boxes that include booster packs and deck sleeves!
They’re typically more expensive, but you do get a variety of stuff in them.
What Cards to Include
This will be entirely up to you and what you want.
Here’s some things to consider:
The Pokemon, character, or item depicted and it’s canonical relevance
The card’s art
The card’s move(s) or ability(s)
The Pokedex entry of the Pokemon
“Huh?”
Lemme break it down.
The Pokemon / character / item depicted and it’s canonical relevance:
What Pokemon is it? What trainer? What item? What does it do in-game?
Ex: What symbology would apply to Musharna? To Professor Oak? To a Potion?
The card’s art:
What’s happening in the art? Who or what else is in it? What feelings does it invoke?
Ex: A card might depict a battle between two or more Pokemon. What could that symbolize?
Ex 2: Mareep (Lost Thunder 75) shows it sleeping peacefully. What could this be symbolic of?
The card’s move(s) &/or ability(s)
What does the card do? What are the attacks? The abilities?
Ex: Drakloak (Rebel Clash 90) has the moves “Summon” and “Bite”.
“Summon” allows you to find a Dreepy in your deck. What could this symbolize?
“Bite” does damage to your opponent. What could that symbolize?
The Pokedex entry of the Pokemon:
Most, if not all, Pokemon cards have a Pokedex entry somewhere on them. This point is similar to the first, although it takes into consideration the text itself.
Ex: Registeel (Legends Awakened 39)’s Pokedex entry reads:
“Tempered by pressure underground over tens of thousands of years, its body cannot be scratched.”
What could this symbolize?
Examples / Suggested Cards to Consider
A card to represent balance, like Plusle/Minun, Rayquaza, Medicham, or Roselia
A card to represent growth or potential, like Seedot, Sunkern, or Bulbasaur
A card to represent misfortune, like Spiritomb, Muk, or Trubbish
A card to represent strength, like Machop or it’s evolutions, Sawk, or Throh
If you’re stumped, I suggest looking up tarot and oracle cards. Look at their meanings. What sticks out to you?
“How many cards should I include?”
As many, or as few, as you like. You don’t need every card ever made.
Go through your cards. Look at them. What activates your intuition? What sparks your imagination? Put those cards in a pile.
When you’ve gone through all of your cards, go through that pile again. What does each card mean? Write down your observations.
My current deck (as of August 21st 2022) has 16 cards. A deck box can hold up to 60.
You can always change things around. Nothing is set in stone. Work with your deck, see what works and what doesn’t. Change it around as needed.
Reading the Cards
Reading a spread can vary in practice and meaning from person to person. Different people read cards different ways.
I look at the context of the spread as a whole. How do the meanings of these cards interact? What similarities are there? What differences?
For example: I have Spiritomb in my deck, which denotes ill fate. I also have Misdreavus which denotes anxieties that are largely unfounded, and Mawile which denotes duality or things not being what they seem. Drawing these 3 cards together might suggest that whatever “bad thing” is coming isn’t actually as bad as it seems. (I drew this exact spread recently, which is why I’m using it as an example lmao)
I personally don’t read reverses as anything important, but maybe you do. Maybe a reversed card means the opposite of it’s ascribed meaning.
Recommendations & Other Advice:
- Energies kinda fall flat for me. I can’t really relate them to anything in a reading. If you can, that’s great! By all means, include them! But I personally find them to be kinda useless.
- I mentioned earlier that you don’t need rare cards for the deck, but you can use them! Don’t let how rare or common a card is stop you from including it.
- I can’t stop you from mixing in other TCGs of the same size. Theoretically, with opaque enough card sleeves, you could make a deck of Pokemon, Magic, and other similarly sized TCG cards. Hell, you could also include regular playing cards. Chaotic.

How Can Portable Bars Take Your Event to the Next Level
Looking for a way to spice up and make a special occasion more interesting as you arrange it? Think about including a mobile bar in your setup! Improve any event with a portable bar, including weddings, business gatherings, backyard barbecues, and birthday parties. These seem like minor changes, but they have many benefits. Here are some advantages of employing a portable bar and why you should consider getting one for your subsequent occasion.
 Let’s start by defining a portable bar. As the name suggests, it is a mobile bar that can be moved easily from one place to another. From modest tabletop bars to bigger freestanding bars with integrated refrigeration and storage, they are available in various sizes and designs. Portable bars on sale are useful both inside and outside.
 The excitement and sophistication it brings to your event are one of the main benefits of using a portable bar. A well-stocked bar can foster a celebratory mood. Guests will appreciate having a specific location to congregate and enjoy drinks. Additionally, you can tailor your menu to your guests' preferences because you can control the drinks served with a portable bar.
 You can get so many portable bars on sale. Utilizing a portable bar can also help you organize your event, which is another advantage. Having a specific space for refreshments will save guests from having to look around for a drink. By doing this, you can ease congestion and maintain the smooth flow of your event.
 A movable bar can be especially useful for hosting an out-of-door event. With a movable bar, you can bring all the necessary indoor amenities outside, including refrigeration units, ice lockers, and storehouse shelves. This means you can serve cold drinks on the hottest days, and you won't have to worry about minor things. No more hauling large amounts of ice from one position to another!
 One of the best parts about movable bars is that they're customizable. You can choose a bar that matches the theme or style of your event. Whether it’s a rustic bar for a country marriage or a satiny ultramodern bar for a commercial event, you want it and have it! You can also add your particular traces, similar to custom signage or decorations. This can help make your event feel more cohesive and memorable.
 Look for quality materials and structure when shopping for portable bars for sale. A well-made portable bar will be sturdy and durable, able to withstand the wear and tear of frequent use. Make sure it is easy to set up and take down, as this will save you time and hassle during your event.
A portable bar on sale can elevate any event and add an element of excitement and sophistication. With so many styles and sizes, there's sure to be a portable bar that fits your needs and budget. So why not invest in one for your next event and see how it can take your party to the next level?

How to choose the best bmx bikes for kids?
BMX bikes are a great way for kids to have fun and get exercise at the same time. However, choosing the best BMX bike for your child can be a daunting task. With so many different options available in the market, it can be overwhelming to make the right choice. But don't worry, we've got you covered with some helpful tips on how to choose the best BMX bikes for kids.
1. Size matters It's important to choose the right size of BMX bike for your child. A bike that is too big or too small can make riding difficult and uncomfortable. To determine the right size, measure your child's inseam and match it with the bike's top tube length. You can find this information on the manufacturer's website or by consulting with a sales associate at your local bike shop.
Consider the frame material BMX bikes come in different frame materials such as aluminum, steel, and carbon fiber. Each material has its pros and cons, so it's important to choose one that fits your child's needs. Steel frames are durable and affordable but are heavier than aluminum frames. Aluminum frames are lightweight and easy to maneuver but can be more expensive. Carbon fiber frames are strong and lightweight but come with a higher price tag.
Look for adjustable features As your child grows, they will need a bike that can grow with them. Look for adjustable features such as seat height, handlebar height, and stem length. These features will allow you to adjust the bike as your child grows, making it a long-term investment.
Check the brakes BMX bikes come with different types of brakes such as rim brakes, disc brakes, and coaster brakes. Rim brakes are the most common and are easy to maintain. Disc brakes are more effective but can be more expensive. Coaster brakes are found on some BMX bikes and require the rider to pedal backward to stop. Choose the type of brake that works best for your child's skill level and riding style.
Consider the price BMX bikes come in a wide range of prices. It's important to set a budget and choose a bike that fits within your budget. Keep in mind that a higher price doesn't always mean better quality. Look for a bike that has the features your child needs and fits your budget.
In conclusion, choosing the best BMX bike for your child requires careful consideration of several factors. Size, frame material, adjustable features, brakes, and price are all important factors to consider. By following these tips, you can make an informed decision and choose a BMX bike that your child will love and enjoy for years to come.

Late Stage Swiftgron Part 2 (things get loud with babe):
April 18, 2018 - Dianna posts to Instagram about “commitment issues”:
Tumblr media
April 20, 2018 - Babe (a song that Taylor wrote in the Red era) about a lover with shall we say “commitment issues”.
Later when the Babe music video is released people (even non Gaylors) notice that it is nearly a shot for shot remake of the I’m Not The Only One music video that Dianna starred in back in 2014.
What’s more psychotic is that the song Babe itself is only three minutes and 35 seconds long:
But the music video has had a full minute and 4 seconds to it to make it the exact same length as the I’m Not The Only One music video. I do think that this is pretty hard evidence that Dianna did step out on Taylor at some point back in 2012.  I do not think, however, that it was the chronic issue that the fandom seems to think it was.  This is the only song that appears to be about Dianna that accuses her of cheating.  The breakup songs on 1989 do not insinuate that the relationship ended due to cheating.  In fact, in Style Taylor says “I’ve been there too a few times” when it comes to being with other people.
I actually theorize that the track was not released on Red because Taylor wrote it while upset and hurt, and then they reconciled and worked it out.  I think Taylor didn’t release it at the time because she forgave Dianna for the indiscretion and they moved on from it as a couple.  I think in her heart of hearts at the time Taylor did not want to put Dianna “on blast” that way.
I think down the road in 2018 they’re obviously long broken up, and have long moved on from the slights of old and Taylor let Dianna know she was going to release the song.  Dianna’s “commitment issues” post makes it seem as if it’s a bit of an inside joke between them and Dianna is poking fun at herself and the old and forgiven incident.  At least that’s how the situation reads to me.
Taylor posts a cute video talking about the song with a cheeky smile and a heart to ig:
Tumblr media
Another theory I’ve been mulling over is the possibility that Dianna and Taylor hooked up some time in 2018 prompting Taylor to paint herself as the other woman (as Dianna would be cheating on Winston making Taylor the other woman) in the mv.  There’s no hard evidence for it but it’s possible...
June 6, 2018 - Dianna posts a now deleted selfie and rant about how amazing KIlling Eve is (this post was deleted late summer/early fall 2020 for no apparent reason):
Tumblr media
It’s probably a coincidence but her shirt reads, “SANS SOLEIL” which means, “without sun” in French.  Karlie is known as “sunshine” in the Gaylor Swift Cinematic Universe.
June 9, 2018 - The aforementioned Babe music video is released
Let me show you just how similar this music video is to I’m Not the Only One:
first, you should know that YES taylor came up with the concept for the music video:
Tumblr media
the second thing you should know is that the babe track is 3 minutes and 35 seconds long but the babe music video is 4 minutes and 39 seconds long:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
you know what else is EXACTLY 4 minutes and 39 seconds long?
Tumblr media
that’s right…the music video that she’s basically copying in the babe mv that starred dianna way back in 2014
opening shot:
Tumblr media
kiss goodbye (at almost the same timestamp):
Tumblr media
similar shots at the same timestamp:
Tumblr media
and again:
Tumblr media
and again (these are also basically the stills used for the mv before you click play):
Tumblr media
both women driving at the same fucking timestamp (y’all taylor swift is insane holy shit):
Tumblr media
in the store shopping at the same fucking timestamp no she is literally unwell someone get her into a facility now:
Tumblr media
cheating happens at the same timestamp (seriously tay get help✌️):
Tumblr media
here’s another similar shot of my babies at the same timestamp;
Tumblr media
cheating husband coming home, same timestamp:
Tumblr media
very similar shot of the husbands walking up to the door at the same fucking timestamp (i get it taylor you’re laughing at us from the prison cell now):
Tumblr media
similarities that happen at different timestamps
wifey drinking out by the pool:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
wifey fiddling with ring:
Tumblr media
cheaters drinking it up together:
Tumblr media
wifies drinking it up as well (several times both in the mv):
Tumblr media
wives do away with the husband’s clothes (Dianna burns them while jennifer dumps them outside in the front lawn):
Tumblr media
Pretty much the only thing that’s different about the music videos is the ending.  the babe cheater gets dumped while dianna takes her cheater back but ofc we know how taylor likes to change the endings (like she did with love story) or at least to try to change the ending (peter losing wendy).
July 13, 2018 - Taylor visits home and posts to IG with the lyric from style “Take me home” as the caption:
Tumblr media
Taylors on the Rep tour and we get this series of surprise songs I consider to be Dianna songs:
“Ours” - Foxborough, MA July 28th
“Out of The Woods” - Toronto, Canada August 3rd (Karlie’s birthday)
“Come Back… Be Here”- Toronto, Canada August 4th (august 4th 2014 Taylor wears one of the Style mv outfits)
“This Love” - Atlanta, Ga., Aug. 10
These shows are all in succession I think it could be a coincidence or perhaps Taylor’s reaction to Karlie’s engagement announced on July 24, 2018...
August 25, 2018 - Karlie shows up to rep tour in Nashville and Taylor plays Better Man 💀
August 31, 2018 - secret song is Swiftgron “Begin Again”
February 24, 2019 - Swiftgron reunion? at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party both Dianna and Taylor are there and they both post to Instagram about it(Dianna posts two days later):
Tumblr media
She also comments to a friend that they stayed out until 3AM.
Taylor’s post:
Tumblr media
March 7, 2019 - Dianna sees Fleabag at SoHo House:
Tumblr media
April 9, 2019 - Dianna posts with a caption about being 13 years old, unrequited love, and 143 in reference to the show Pen15:
Tumblr media
June 14, 2019 - Taylor adds “Woman” by Mumford and Sons to her ME! playlist - the song is rumored to be about Dianna written by her (now ex) husband Winston Marshall:
Tumblr media
September 7, 2019 - Taylor is noted to be at a Fleabag performance in London at the at Wyndham Theater.
September 23, 2019 - Dianna posts about Phoebe Waller Bridge (who wrote Fleabag, and EPs Killing Eve among other things):
Tumblr media
October 5, 2019 - SNL!!!!! - Taylor is the musical guest on SNL while Phoebe Waller Bridge hosts and DIANNA IS IN ATTENDANCE with a VIP guest pass (can only be granted by a cast member, host, or musical guest) and also noted to be “in Swift’s inner circle” at the afterparty:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Taylor performs Lover:
Tumblr media
And with huge lesbian energy she also performs False God:
Tumblr media
(if it weren’t for DIanna showing up at SNL I probably wouldn’t have even gotten interested in Swiftgron so you have this holy night to thank for my blog @swiftgron-get-married as well as this timeline!)
A blog contributor reached out to someone (non-biased, I know some Kaylors reported that DIanna was there for PWB but that isn’t what this person said) who was at the performance on Twitter and this is what they had to say about the night:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Dianna was definitely paying attention”
Other fan reports state that Dianna made a face when Taylor sang “magnetic force of a man”:
Tumblr media
December 13, 2019 (Taylor’s 30th Birthday) - Dianna adds the song Got It Bad (which is an incredibly sensual song) to a Playlist entitled T 2017 on her private spotify account Some time in late 2019/early 2020 - Ashley (re)follows Dianna on Instagram February 2020 - Dianna and Taylor are both in London at the same time

Lex Evans
Continuing my compulsive catalogue of fictional lives that I didn't come up with.
After the wedding, Ayla took Lex golfing and admitted that she had created distance with Lex ever since she'd made a move on her. They became besties again. At the age of 31, Lex sold her town home, so she could focus on renovations on her and Ariana's equestrian ranch home.
Throwing party after party, Lex realized she wasn't just hilariously addicted to Bahama Mamas, but simply addicted to alcohol. She went to AA, but got nothing from it.
While long boarding and drinking Mai Tais Ayla admitted to Lex that she'd been offered opium and seriously considered using it. Lex said she was glad Ayla didn't go down that path.
At the age of 34, Lex became a Sr. Environmental Scientist, but her real job was dumping hundreds of thousands of dollars into Arian and Lex's mansion.
The days all started to bleed together, and Lex drove all the way to work before realizing it was Saturday. Lex suspected that the drinking was getting in way of her memory. Remembering her luck with spiritualism in the past, Lex found a Witch Doctor to help her with her alcoholism. She ate a raw Komodo Dragon Egg. After purging most of her stomach, the thought of liquor made her sick.
Ayla's continued drinking pulled Lex and her apart, and Clive became Lex's new bestie.
While at the record store with Ayla, she talked about opium again, saying that her new bestie was smoking it around her. Lex told Ayla she was glad she wasn't using it, but Ayla got quiet instead. Lex was pretty sure she was going to try it.
At the age of 39, Lex accidentally scored on her own goal while playing soccer. Everyone laughed for ten minutes. She sold her old BMW and bought a used Suburu. Ariana renewed their vows and adopted Carter, 3 year old whose father couldn't afford to pay for his medical bills. Lex bonded with Carter by doing yoga with goats.
Carter called out "mama" and Lex and Ariana laughed when they realized they didn't know who he was asking for. While buying new clothes, Lex tried on a stranger's coat. She was caught and left the store in humiliation.
Carter had his first day of school and Lex's niece Kylie was old enough to get a job as a receptionist. Lex reflected on how awesome human beings actually are. After playing laser tag with Carter and Archie's family, Lex and Archie became best friends. Lex's friend Eleanor talked her into crashing a wedding. She didn't remember how it ended, only that she was back at home puking in the garden bathroom so Ariana wouldn't know she was drinking. Lex went to a hypnotist to overcome Alcoholism and it worked. Picking up a bottle of champagne only made her think of maple syrup.
At the age of 42, Lex's niece Hazel graduated secondary school. At the graduation party, someone told Lex to shake her money making, so she shook Ariana. Lex gave her nieces $10,000 each. (Kylie getting money for the graduation she'd been too drunk to attend!) While playing bingo with Ayla, she admitted that she'd been cheating on her boyfriend. Lex told Ayla that she'd always be there for her.
Hazel became a Jr. Flight attendant and moved out of the house. Lex housed a celebration at the mansion and she was offered ritalin. Lex turned them down. Lex wrote up a will that named Ariana and Carter as the sole inheritors.
At the age of 44, Lex was sexually harassed at work. Her coworker Michael pulled her shirt off in front of everyone. The supervisor fired Michael. The Evans family started going house shopping.
At the age of 46, Lex's mother got very sick. She took her mom to Dr. Cooper and he treated her diarrhea, caused from contaminated lettuce. The lettuce outbreak had originated in Indonesia. This got Lex thinking about social responsibility, and she decided to run for School Board Director. She ran against Angus White and lead a clean campaign. After knocking on 1000 doors, Lex lost the election. Ariana took the family to Thailand to help Lex get past the sting.
At the age of 47, Lex had another brush with death! While hiking off trail, she slipped into quicksand! Lex remembered her swim team days and swam out of the pit. She was in there for 8 minutes. Contemplating life, she read her step brother Kobe's journal. Kobe found her and Lex apologized. Lex decided that she needed to downsize her life. She needed to get out of that mansion.
At the age of 49, Lex's mother passed away of natural causes. Lex and Kobe both inherited $2,618,526. Lex finally found a buyer for the manision, and sold the property for 4.3 million. They moved into a midcentury home with 3 beds and 2 baths. Carter was starting secondary school, and Lex gave him $10,000 to spend how he wished.
At the age of 50, Lex celebrated her 20th anniversary with Ariana. They laughed about the prenup. Ariana encouraged Lex to keep running for office and Lex realized she could do anything she set her mind to. Lex caught the flu, but recovered after a trip to the doctor.
Lex's niece Kylie married her college boyfriend. Though neither were unemployed, Kobe had the funds to pay for the wedding. Lex's friend Eleanor convinced her to start drinking again. Lex spent a lot of time with wannabe sommeliers, and dealt with a very real relapse. Lex went to AA and found the strength to throw out thousands of dollars of premier wine. Lex and Elanor got into a fight about the perfect crotch shape, but they both knew it was about drinking.
At the age of 52, Lex lost her step father. He had a stroke in the closet and Lex found him dead. The thought of dying alone in a closet haunted her, making her uneasy about staying in windowless rooms. Ariana talked to Lex about the future at a local park, and Lex decided to run for School Board Director again. She ran a clean campaign against Sophia Johnson, but someone called Ariana a biznatch! Lex called the man a troll and won the election. Lex held energetic rallies about education and the environment.
At the age of 53, a provocative intern tried to hook up with Lex while they were working late. Lex turned him down, but she had been turned on. She talked to her wife about the pros and cons of becoming swingers. That following morning, she planted a cucumber garden.
Carter graduated secondary school and Kobe retired. teen pregnancies were becoming an issue in Lex's school district, so she mandated contraceptives be available. Lex held a rally to dispel the myths about contraceptive encouraging pregnancies.
A friend of Lex's wanted Lex to put her on the payroll without having her do any work. Lex offered her a job as a lead janitor instead and she stopped talking to Lex. Carter asked his mothers if he could study finance at a university, and they encouraged him to live his life how he wanted. Lex went to a bar with Ariana, and was able to stop after one drink.
Kobe's daughter, Hazel, married Jayden Roberts, a restaurant worker. While dancing at the celebration, Ariana fell to the floor. After taking Ariana to the hospital, she was diagnosed with cancer of the buttocks! Lex renewed her vows to Ariana. Lex read Kant's "Critique of Pure Reason," and found little reason for cancer to exist.
While at a masquerade ball, Lex flirted with a politician to grease the gears of government. Ariana was furious, but no amount of trying to explain the situation helped.
At the age of 58, Lex fell out of bed and hit her eye. She could see for 6 days. Lex's term as School Board Director ended. Ariana's cancer went into remission. Lex and Ariana went to Osaka, Japan to celebrate. Ariana forgave Lex for flirting and encouraged her to run for a second term. After another clean campaign against Hugo Miller, Lex won re-election!
Carter graduated uni and became a Jr. Stockbrocker. After a trip to the gym, Lex was diagnosed with a staph infection.
At the age of 60, Lex and Ariana celebrated their 30th anniversary. Ariana vowed to make more time for their marriage, by finally retiring. During the party Lex caught Kobe sneaking around in her room and the two got into an argument. Lex was the first to apologize even though she wasn't at fault.
Carter got promoted to Stockbroker. Lex was diagnosed with hemorrhoids and cherished naps above all other activities.
Kobe's daughter, Kylie came out as gay. Lex was offered a $3 million bribe and turned it down.
Lex finished her second term in office with a 100% approval rating. As School Board Director, Lex Evans was known for her energetic rallies. She tried to run a clean campaign for Mayor of Sydney. When she didn't deny the truth of her past with alcoholism, the public sided with 79 year old, Eli Epping. Lex went on a vacation to Machu Picchu with Ariana.
Lex spent $754,000 on an unsuccessful campaign, and then at the age of 65, retired.
Ariana and Lex moved to France to get away from the public eye. They bought an art deco home! They adopted a cat named Zorro from the animal shelter. Lex bought a used tesla.
At the age of 68, Lex lost her step brother Kobe after a stroke. He had refused to seak medical treatment, even though his hearing was going out.
Lex's life was dominated by renovating the art deco home. She missed her friends in Australia. Lex and Ariana argued about the nature of reality. Ariana thought it was a waste of time to talk about things like that.
Lex got into a car accident on the way home from her 40th anniversary, her butt got cut. She visited her friend Ruby in prison. Ariana started withholding sex. They both opened up about their fantasies on a trip to Venice, Italy, and things seemed to be back to normal.
Shortly after Lex's 71st birthday, her cat Zorro passed away. Lex and Ariana moved back to Australia, moving into an adorable cottage with 2 beds and 1 bath. Lex sold her tesla and art deco home in France, and bought another used Suburu. Though the move back to Australia helped Lex's mood, it had done nothing to help her relationship with Ariana. They were getting into fights about everything from video games to fishing laws.
Forty-two years into their marriage, Ariana asked for a divorce. Lex begged Ariana to stay. Even though she agreed, she refused to go to marriage counseling.
The next year, Lex and Ariana went sky diving and slowly things started to improve. It seemed like Ariana was simply bored with life, so Lex would try to be more spontaneous.
Lex and Ariana renewed their wedding vows after volunteering at a retirement home, something they both hoped they would never be in. Lex gave 0.74 carat diamond earrings to Ariana. She said the gift was an insult.
The day after Lex's 78th birthday, she witnessed a bank robbery! Within a year, her best friend and first crush, Ayla passed away. The doctor's said it was, "her time," but Lex felt strong and happy. Lex lost two more friends that year, and wondered if she was fooling herself and started to think about her bucket list.
Lex and Ariana's 50th anniversary was a solemn affair, as Ariana was suffering from bronchitis. Someone hacked into Lex's instagram account, so she deleted all her social media.
The 82 year old millionaire, Lex, wanted to run for office again. Ariana thought it was a waste of time and money. Lex ran despite Ariana's objections and lost. Ariana was back to withholding sex and it was like their life in France had been forgotten.
Lex sold their cottage for a modern home. The change in scenery helped Lex and Ariana move on from the drama of the past, but their marriage had become a sexless one. Lex brought up having a threesome or an open marriage to try and bring some excitement back into their life and Ariana was furious. She moved all of her stuff into a spare room.
58 years into their marriage, Ariana said Lex was too old to be attractive, despite being named Sydney's most attractive woman over fifty a year prior. Lex confronted Ariana about her being faithful, and Ariana admitted that she was seeing someone else. The two got a divorce. Lex Evans was now Alexandra Miller.

Being an extrovert is getting your energy from external places; time with friends, the world around you...Introverts tend to be drained by it and prefer solo activities.”
ROMANCE QUESTIONS
46. What is your sexual orientation? “Heterosexual.”  47. Current relationship status? “Married.” 48. When was your first kiss? “I was eleven and it was at our family’s Christmas party.” 49. Do you remember your first date? If so, with who was it? What did you do? “It was with Brody, we were thirteen and it was after filming High School Musical 1...It was something really lame, like the cinema, but at the time it was the best thing ever for both of us.”  50. Have you ever experienced heart-break? “Yes.” 51. Have you ever been in love? (If yes, skip to question 53) “Yes.” 52. If no, how so? 53. How do you know when you’re in love? “You just know, I think it’s different for everyone. The same way that you know if you’re sad, happy or excited. It’s nothing special compared to those other feelings - people just put for weight on it.”  54. What would be your ideal date? “I’ve had it and it’s something I’d rather keep private.” 55. What is your perspective on marriage? “If it’s for you, that’s good, but nobody should feel pressured. Its not something you have to do.” 56. (only for non-virgins) Are you a sub, dom or switch? “I’m not answering that.” 57. What do you think of relationships? “They aren’t necessary but again, if it is something you want then you should go for it.”  58. What do you think of one-night stands? “They’re fine.” 59. Are you still a virgin? “I’m not.” 60. Most attractive trait in a different person? “Confidence. I hate talking to people who don’t mind or have no real opinions. I’d rather be with somebody who’s my complete opposite but stands by what they say, than someone who just borrows the opinions of others.”  61. What matters most to you when it comes to a relationship? “Perseverance.”  62. Are you comfortable with PDA? Or would you be comfortable with PDA? “In moderation, it can come off tacky if you do it too much.”  63. Are you more of a type to be asked out or the type to ask the other out? “I don’t pursue people. I’m only ever pursued.”  64. How do you express love to the other? “If I’m allowing you to vent to me or generally be in my presence for longer than a few moments and have more than surface level conversations, I obviously love you.” 65. Who is your celebrity crush? “Prince Harry.”
GETTING DEEP QUESTIONS
66. Do you regret anything? “No, regret is the enemy of progress.”  67. Is there something you woule like to re-do? So, start all over again? “No.” 68. What is something you would never share with anyone? “Yes, a lot of my personal memories. Some things between my family and I are just that.”  69. When was the last time you cried? Why did you cry? “It’s one of those never share things from the last question.” 70. Most memorable event that happened in your time in St Judes? This could be anything: “Can you remember when we all almost died in the Caribbean?”  71. One thing you wish you could do all over? “Nothing, didn’t I answer this?” 72. Someone you miss? “I miss my Grandmother a lot, we don’t see her half as much as I’d like. Especially now we have the girls.”   73. Something you wish you could forget? “Again, there isn’t anything.”  74. Who has the biggest impact on you? “Probably my Dad, there’s a lot that he’s taught me that I think has helped me with success up until now.”  75. What is your perspective on love? Is it beautiful? Does it scare you? “Neither. Love is something that you either choose to pursue or you do not. My perspective of love is that it’s been romanticised and turned into something where people go above and beyond to prove that they are more in love than someone else...I think love and romance get far too blurred. One is a lot better than the other.”   76. What has hurt you in the past that you don’t want others to go through? “I’d rather not say.” 77. What is something you have gained, something you have lost and something you let go of during the past year? “I’ve gained two daughters, I’ve lost too much sleep and I’ve let go of drinking. I was never a huge drinker anyway, but I drink even less now and it’s nicer than you’d think.”  78. Have you ever lost a friend? do you wish you would still be friends? “Yes and no. Anybody I lose, I lose for a good reason.”  79. Do you have any triggers? What is the history behind these triggers and are they related to any disorders or mental illnesses?  “That’s a very personal question.” 80. If you could meet your 16 year old self, what would tell them? “Not to have so much self-doubt because you’re becoming exactly who you’re supposed to be. I think my 16 year old self was definitely more clued up than the average 16 year old. Also, you don’t have to dress like Cher from Clueless everyday.”
RANDOM QUESTION ROUND
81. Summer or Winter? “Winter.” 82. Cats or dogs? “Cats, I love both but cats are more independent. If they were people, they’d be better.” 83. Beach or mountains? “The beach.” 84. Phone calls or texting? “Texting.” 85. Have you ever skipped class? “Yes.”

Post Visit Evaluation and Analysis on Annapurna Circuit
Annapurna Base Camp that has been known as the lodges' small cluster on the opposite side of the glacier named Annapurna in Nepal. The Annapurna Base Camp's trek is considered an outstanding journey among a few of the highest peak treks in the world. The concept of tourism is determined as the specific activities shortlisted by own desire or choice as well as executed outer-side of the environment of the home. It is also known as the functions of travelling or visiting as well as exploring outside places to spend leisure time (Camilleri, 2018). With the same concept, I decided to visit Annapurna Base Camp destination to have an incredible and outstanding experience of exploring and going through the challenging treks. My expectations from the trip have been that I wished to view and enjoy the beautiful valley, explore the attractions of the mountain and stay in a tent at the location from where the sun-set point could be visible effectively. I encountered similar experiences as the trip trail took me through a beautiful valley surrounded by vegetation's variety.
While performing trekking to Chomrung from Ghandruk, there have been fern, rhododendron as well as bamboos. Once after crossing the point Sinuwa, I reached Annapurna sanctuary where the forest got highly dense that was although frightening to some extent but beautiful at the same time. Maslow's need theory guides that the motivation for travel gets generated among individuals in case they have a feeling of satisfaction with their needs about psychological expectations (Adiele and Abraham, 2013). Thus, I evaluated that my expectations have been fulfilled with this trip to Annapurna Base Camp to a significant extent. However, as the Annapurna Base Camp had a trek of length 67km, I failed in finding out sun-set point to place my tent for stay.
On the online platform, while visiting the web-source and articles, I found that for covering a total track of 67km length, 9 days have been essential (IndiaHikes, 2021). However, after my experience, I wanted to share that it is good for future visitors to keep a spare day with consideration of the risk of unfavourable weather. My online experience of visualising the attractions of Annapurna Base Camp has been highly significant as I found plenty of information regarding customer services. For example, I analysed that this location follows Nepali culture and the food provided at the majority of tea houses tends to be in Nepalese trend. I further identified online that in the treasure of mountain, Machapuchare i.e. a fish-tailed attractive mountain has been known for the incredible beauty of it and it was regarded as one of the places where Lord Shiva stays. Such types of information found from an online platform remained highly supportive for me as I enjoyed experiencing Nepali culture and food of their local style. Self-categorisation theory in the field of tourism explains the above aspect more clearly that the individuals themselves define the group identity or category of them in the geographical locations with their cognitive dimensions (Jostad et al., 2015). Thus, due to the Nepalese food style and language, I evaluated the prevalence of Nepali culture across the Annapurna Base Camp.  I also explored Machapuchare that offered me a divine environment and provide peace to my soul with the utmost beauty. Further, multiple customer services were observed on online platforms like booking confirmation service, cancellation policy, refund mechanism, three-day meals, items to carry like sunglasses, trekking suit and oximeters etc (Thrillophilia, 2021). In this way, a suitable advisory was obtained from an online platform to make the trip effective.
Furthermore, I also observed online that the local community-based in the Annapurna Base Camp has been Nepali; although due to the prevalence of migrants, English was the common language for making interactions that proved to be convenient for the trip. Moreover, the local culture was noted as highly welcoming as people were interactive and supportive to guide the travellers and share their life-styles to assist the stay for visitors in Annapurna Base Camp (IndiaHikes, 2021). Thus, it is evaluated that host-tourist relation has been observed to be highly strong in this location. As per the theory of planned behaviour, the individuals used to form decisions based on logical plans and reasonable aspects (Ajzen, 2011). Similarly, by visualising effective local culture, welcoming attitude of people and common language for interaction in Annapurna Base Camp, I planned to visit this location while having positive feelings after making an online search.
Apart from this, it is identified that the government of Nepal for boosting tourism, has been constantly funding the development of proper roads in the treks so as to provide a comfortable and convenient experience to the visitors. For evidence, till the year 2017 to 2018, feeder roads and highways have been developed to greater than estimated 6,700 extra miles by government funding (Shapiro, 2020). I further found that organisations like the Himalayan Glacier Adventure Travel organisation host variety of events to enhance the trip experience at Annapurna Base Camp. This organisation conducts events like trekking and hiking, cultural and historical tours, climbing and expedition, heli tours and religious tours for attracting tourists (Himalayan Glacier, 2021). However, I did not refer the local organisations to host my event as I used management of my trip by myself through exploring the place and services on Google through the internet.
Further, I did not find adequate provision for corporate meetings as well as incentive-based travel for this location of Annapurna Base Camp. On the other side, the environmental factor was also observed that might hamper the trip due to the changing atmosphere or weather in this location.  Black swan theory guides that the events generate suddenly or surprisingly might pose a major or adverse impact (Ponkin, 2019). Similarly, I also encountered difficulty because of sudden winds and rain on my trip to this camp; so I would like to suggest future visitors take care of this aspect. Additionally, it is also noted that there has been strong physical infrastructure funded by the government and facilities of vehicles to travel in the region (Shapiro, 2020).
Apart from it, I also evaluated that the tourism's impact gets minimised in Annapurna Base Camp protecting the environment, encouraging the use of renewable energy and raising funds or donations to fulfil basic requirements of water (NP.UNDP, 2017). In addition, for visitors' management, there are multiple factors like the staff of tea shops, porters and guides to effectively interact and welcome visitors to Annapurna Base Camp for attracting and influencing them. It is analysed by my experience that beautiful mountains, effective local food and common English language for communication help in managing visitors’ attraction to this location (IndiaHikes, 2021).
However, while critically analysing my experience of this trip, I also wanted to convey that a sustainability issue might occur during the travelling to Annapurna Base Camp. In this essence, I wanted to share evidence that multiple other visitors throwing waste, using excessive natural resources like water and making the environment polluted contribute towards environmental destruction to some extent. The triple-bottom-line model of sustainability emphasises the need for managing social and environmental wellbeing maintenance with human actions along with the financial benefits (Ahi and Searcy, 2015). Thus, it is analysed that sustainability planning needs to be strong in this region for enhancing travellers’ experience level while also managing environmental wellbeing. On the distinct side, visitors' information was noted to be effective in Annapurna Base Camp; for example, guides for a tour provided significant knowledge of routes, destinations and attractions in this location that enhanced my experience of this trip and it would also be beneficial for future travellers to this location (IndiaHikes, 2021). Further, I preferred to stay in tents as I wanted to explore the natural beauty during my trip-period; however, there have been distinct types of accommodations in the Annapurna Base Camp region such as Himalaya Hotel and Dwarika’s Hotel. These hotels offer luxury facilities like deluxe bed, comfort-based world-class accommodation and effective ambience for travellers’ experience enhancement (Hotel Himalaya, 2021; Remote Lands, 2021). Thus, it is advisable for future travellers to go for luxury hotels in case they want effective comfort, a high-class accommodation experience and a relaxing trip.
Finally, the future challenge identified for the selected destination was related to sustainability and environmental problems because of increasing wastage, rising pollution and depletion of natural resources due to excessive consumption. The concept of the model of environmentally responsible behaviour supports the aspect of showing a positive attitude towards the management of environmental wellbeing and sustainability through perceiving values for nature and society (Chenget al.,2019). Thus, the Nepal government and tourist management agencies require taking care of managing environmental sustainability for boosting tourism and trips at Annapurna Base Camp.

39)Will’s Workshop- Mock ups
In this workshop, will showed us a free mock up website (mock up tree) which will allow us to create pretty much anything for our brand such as packaging, business cards and mock up social media interfaces.
As I was just starting out with creating the packaging, I didn't really know how I wanted it to look, or even where to start. I thought that logo looked best against a white background so I tried to find a white mockup that I could put the design onto. I played around with the sizing of the logo and the positioning of it but I feel as if this particular mock up limited me to where I could position things as often times it would seem off centre or as if it was floating, which I didn't like, also in feel that this particular box looked more like a shoebox than clothing packaging.
Tumblr media
After Wills workshop, I had the motivation to start creating a few things for our brand.
I decided to create clothing tags as it would be a great way to add our logo onto our clothes as we didn't discuss whether or not the logo as going to be embroidered onto any of our products.
I opted to keep it relatively sleek and simple so I decided to use just ‘abbreviate’ the logo opting for just the ‘G’ and the earth symbol. I decided to create a tag with a cardboard brown as I thought it might help it look more sustainable which is something that I have to keep referring back to as it is a major component of our brand. I’m happy with the outcome of the tags and they were relatively quick and easy to create.
Tumblr media
I then went on to creating a mock up of some bags that I thought would be good for our store or pop up shop. Sticking with the white theme, I opted for a white shopping bag. Initially I just put the logo as is on the face of the bag, however, I wasn't too sure about this as I feel it ended up looking quite squashed, particularly on the smaller bag.
Tumblr media
I then decided to re-work this and use the ‘gaia’ without the earth symbol on the bigger bag, which I liked because it looked more refined and sleek. I then added the earth symbol by itself onto the the smaller bag and much preferred this design to the one above.
Tumblr media
I also wanted to create a gift for our brand so I decided to use the Amalfi Coast font that is used in our logo to write ‘gift card’ and repositioned and resized the earth symbol in the bottom right hand corner. I like the way that thus turned out and I think it has a very clean, simple yet effective look.
Tumblr media
I also considered what would go inside the packaging. I've noticed that almost every parcel has some of Thank You card and or discount code hidden inside as an extra surprise. I was able to add our social media on there as well which I thought was a nice touch and used the Amalfi Coast font to type up the ‘Thank you’.
I’m happy with the outcome of this as it stays very consistent with the packaging.
Tumblr media
I created both a brown and white box to match Narnia’s bag that she created, so that the packaging was able to keep its consistency. Again I didn't want to use the logo as is so I decided to put the earth symbol on the front rather than at the top. I then wanted to reiterate our sustainability, so I decided to place ‘sustainable loungewear’ and ‘100% good for the planet’ on the sides.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I wanted to create a mock up that would show what the packaging would look like when opened. I wanted to incorporate the ‘goddess’ element of our name and link it back to our story so I decided to write a positive affirmation. I went with ‘You look like a goddess’ as we want our women to feel empowered and beautiful when they wear our clothes.
Tumblr media
I then went on to create a billboard, mainly just for fun but I ended up liking it and thought it would be a good way to further promote our brand. I added our website and the designs that Lisa and Charlotte created.
Tumblr media
I think that created the mockups for our brand was the most must fun part as it made it feel more tangible and real in a sense. It also allowed me to be more creative and creating the designs were fairly straightforward and easy.
One thing I do have to consider though, is what materials the packaging is going to be made from as we are a sustainable brand.
