44. What is their favourite season? Type of weather? Are they good in the cold or the heat? What weather do they complain in the most? 

Spring! She might live on a volcano, but the air is freshest in the spring. Claudia likes sunny weather, a few large puffy clouds in the sky but nothing more besides that. Oh, and a nice breeze if there is one. 

Since Claudia’s people live on a volcano, they’ve adapted to match its heat. They still burn when they touch lava, but are unaffected by temperatures that the norm would die in. The same goes for the cold, but Claudia herself prefers the heat and generally complains when it’s too cold because she can feel it. 

35. What’s their guilty pleasure? What is their totally unguilty pleasure?

I haven’t really thought of a guilty pleasure for Riki, everything he does kind of seems like one, but probably mozzarella sticks.

Gonna think about Claudia

Claudia is considered ‘disabled’ within her people. The body heat that should distributed evenly from the furnace like torso, is all absorbed into her arms, causing her arms to overheat. This isn’t common but there are others like her. 

She has 7 brothers, 3 older, 3 younger and her twin.

Claudin, the twin, is mute, so Claudia grew up with sign.

Claudia is afraid of slime, and is scared of burning over the incident with her face.

Though she is very respectful to others, she is as wary as Arkus and not very welcoming of strangers, she keeps that fine line between acceptance and rejection pretty good.

19. Introduce an OC that means a lot to you (and explain why)

The starting idea for Claudia was a nice sister figure for Arkus and Riki. I wanted to make her pretty and feminine but then I got bored thinking of that idea. A sudden stroke of inspiration came to me when some guy said he didn’t like girls with a lot of muscle. So I made Claudia, a mountainous woman who lives with even more mountainous people. 7 brothers with her as the only girl out of 8. She still loves being female, likes what she likes and does what she wants within her set of boundaries. She is everything I wanted to tell to girls everywhere, and I love her for that uwu.

Arkus is just a character I love personally. As the first character I made for Destiny Distortia he was also the first character I made as a breakthrough for my ocs in stereotype breaking. DD is set as a shounen genre and as much as I love those exciting characters like natsu and such, I felt like I wanted to change that. So I made Arkus much more lax and solemn. He’s a math and science major and never throws that away. He loves to make music and clothes and even sells his stuff online. Gets aggravated, loses his way, and questions if he should be doing what he’s doing. He’s the character I breathed everything into. That and I also shoved onto him my preferences uwu.
