I don't think I'm so hard on myself when it comes to manga... #but that's probably just because I'm better at drawing manga lol #eh I don't know it's like a similar skill set... #mm is it though??? #no yeah it absolutely is #here's how I write: picture it in my brain as a manga and then turn it into words #size of panels is correlated with how much narration/description there is #it forces me to do a lot of scene-setting that I would forget about otherwise #but back to the topic at hand. is my reishi bias really that strong #I think maybe it's because hc was LONGER. which means more space for error. and I couldn't stop looking at the errors LOL #me: jesus christ this doesn't make any sense says local guy who knew the premise was bullshit when he started #oh well... #part of me actually wants to delete hc LOL #but I won't </3 #I'm going to be so brave about having imperfect work available for the public to see
