Happy early 26th birthday blue bastard hedgehog! This time I mean that in a good way. So 10:44 pm guess it changed a bit some time ago lol man now it's 10:45 pm. I'm gonna post this on DeviantArt too man. Yet well I wanna say a few things. Including yesterday night or something I thought of this. I remembered it was gonna be Sonic's 26th anniversary the next day. So with the latest news and stuff along with me talking about some things. I feel like I wanna to make in honor of the hedgehog. Also I wanted to say I had my ups and downs of if I wanted to make this. Including what got me to draw it now well encourage me to just post this now cause seeing other people do that too man. Seeing well I follow the Sonic Boom tag from what I remember and @fangirl20 reblogged something sorry lol gal. Including just this one quote from well a Sonic YouTuber mainly I watch from a video said in the video. Think yeah yesterday night I thought of this and really wanted to talk about my feelings about the franchise and the character himself man ha. I feel maybe I've been a Sonic fan my whole life maybe I don't know. I'll talk about my first few experiences of Sonic. Such as the Sonic Heroes games being sold at McDonald's at the time and I thought Sonic's name was Sega lol man. Also my first Sonic game being Sonic Heroes where I played it on my cousin's GameCube who's five years older then me the one who had a baby with his girlfriend. I was Team Sonic I think and he was Team Dark. It was in multiplayer and we played on Seaside Hill. Over the years I've been exposed to lots of Sonic media whether good or bad. From my preteen years to teenage years and now being a young adult. I feel yeah Sonic has made an impact on my life. Such as fandom and other things. Because well I honestly like the franchise. Such as the games mainly and some other parts of media like the cartoons. Growing up with the series. It's a series I like and just I'm in a lot of fandoms or some shit man. But a weird thing maybe I don't know the Sonic franchise has been special with me a bit. Including meeting some great people and seeing some great works in this fandom. I like this franchise quite a lot. Now about Sonic he's not my favorite character. Yet honestly over time as I've grown up I've started to like him more as s character. A character despite being a thrill seeker is honestly the kindest person you'll meet and I'm mainly talking about the games. Also some parts of media have it. He honestly gives me hope. Including I feel positive he makes me feel happy when thinking about and this meme I thought in my mind of him being the nicest guy ever it's insane ha man. I'm glad he exists. I've even thought if I made a actual list of favorite super heroes he would be on there. I don't know what number and he's not really a super hero lol man but I feel he deserves it man. Also well I'm out of retirement for drawing been thinking about it. Just saying I used no references yet only looked at my Sonic Generations PS3 disc to see what color blue Sonic is man. Including I thought of this some what of a new look. Yet it's still Sonic. It's basically Sonic is possibly a PG-13 environment or some shit like that. Yet I wanted to keep the idea it is still Sonic but wanted to add some new details. Also I stood up while drawing this man. Including been mentioning the PG-13 thing well next year being that Sony Sonic movie 2018. Along with me obsessing about it. Mainly cause I think yeah I've been wanting a Sonic movie for years since I was well very young. I wanted to see how a big budget Sonic movie would be made. Even today I have concepts of what it could be and already have a franchise going on on my head ha man. Also I'm worried about next year cause it's Sony and the years of trouble behind the scenes, also the rumor or.....wait think it was confirmed yeah it ha lol man a live action CGI hybrid. Unless they changed some shit cause that was announced in 2014 almost left 2914 and now 20 ha man. So yeah cause it was pushed to 2018. To be honest I don't mind live action CGI hybrid stuff. It's mainly the result of what it could be. It could be shit, it could be okay, it could be the best video game movie we ever had. To me and using to again lol man, but wanna know how the excitement feels to me. I feel the excitement is as big as when people and even I were excited for Batman V Superman Dawn Of Justice. Now that excitement has gone to Justice League. However you feel about BVS I feel or think theirs no denying the hype behind it. That's how I feel about next year. I'm excited, and scared as a fan. Because it's a movie that gonna be mainly made for the general public cause the fans are the small portion that make the money back. Had to replace s as a before the word movie ha dude. Just the hype is that again I've been wanting a Sonic film in theaters for years. But I'm scared of the reaction and impact it have. Seriously their has been no news. Is their gonna be anything at Comic Con, Sega said they aren't there but I'm just saying stuff man, cause Comic Con is a natural place to reveal stuff there like this stuff. Their is littertly nothing as of lately on the movie. Seriously even a logo or teaser poster would be nice. If it's live action it might have to be shooting right now or what release date in which month Sonic birthday month of June, or December or any other stuff man. Are they really keeping that shit under wraps. Is it even gonna be released in 2018, does it still exist. I seriously wanna know. Because I'm concerned of the franchise of how this movie does. If it's amazing or well personally if I love it if it's very good like Angry Joe says or some shit I will be the first one screaming atop the mountains of how good it is. Yet I would mostly post a reaction on Tumblr how I feel a review of some sorts fuck it a review man. Because if the movie is gonna be what people say about some films a tent pole film where theirs gonna be a shit ton of marketing dude I want some news soon man.
