Seeing you in Milwaukee last night made my birthday, and meeting you quite possibly made my entire year. I can’t thank you enough for the laughs and the kindness you showed me. I wish we’d had a little more time to chat, but I hope the letter I gave you will suffice. I also hope someday soon you’ll come by central Florida again—that’s where I live most of the year—and we can take more pictures…my normal power wheelchair has adjustable seat height, so you wouldn’t have to kneel.
I listened to the Punch Up the Jam episode covering “I Want You” by Savage Garden (absolute chaos in the best way! Chris and Miel Bredouw were so good as co-hosts) and I was pleasantly surprised to hear how nicely it mixes with “My Boba Manifesto” on rave.dj.
My favorite bits from @chrisflemingfleming's March 25 appearance on After Midnight. It has many things I've come to expect and love from his body of work—boba tea, Crest white strips, hyper-specific cultural references, laughing at his own jokes, method acting, unusual turns of phrase & foot, and chaotic bisexual vibes. A joy to watch as always. ☺️
If someone ever sets out to do a remake of Napoleon Dynamite—one of my favorite movies—@chrisflemingfleming would be absolutely perfect for the lead role between his niche brand of comedic references (thinking of the W.U.G. who talks with his eyes closed for too long), his physics-defying dance skills, and of course the show-pony hair.
No one can convince me they wouldn’t absolutely crush this iconic scene.
