You know when you read something so horrific that you just get turned off and just start feeling horribly sorry for the main character.. And you start hating all men in existence because seriously FUCK THOSE GUYS. Yeah. That’s how I felt after reading The Middle Ground (Bully Fiance Dabi thing.) So this is just a plead, I KNOW REQUESTS ARE CLOSED, BUT I JUST HAVE ONE QUESTION THAT DOESNT EVEN NEED TO TURN INTO A FANFIC.. If she told her parents about this whole deal would she get fuckin justice?

Tbh because it’s such a sensitive and serious accusation/situation, her parents would kinda hesitate to bring the whole scenario to light. Cuz lets suppose she DID tell her parents what the guys did to her:

First off the Todoroki’s are a very notorious family in hero society, so that’s strike one against their case. Second, they’d have to get tomura’s parents involved, which means getting old family friends involved too which makes things more complicated and awkward, especially if the boys are adamant that they didn’t do anything wrong

On top of that it’ll be three men’s votes against one girl, and we already know how smooth and manipulative all of them are hanging up on her (gaslight gatekeeper girlboss). EVEN AFTER ALL THAT the fact that the reader is engaged to touya means they’d have to cancel the wedding and let go of all the political benefits involved in their marriage if the reader outed touya

So uh….no, no she wouldn’t get complete justice. The boys wouldn’t be punished, maybe a slap on the wrist for the public’s eye but they have too much power on their side. If anything they’ll turn it against the reader and make her seem like a lying wh*re for attention who makes false accusations 😔
