“She got engaged on the 28th, I think it was. Tony actually rang us the night before. I’d been wondering, you know, coming up to Christmas would be a possibility, but he waited until after Christmas, and they were in Australia for Christmas and he proposed to her there. So we’re thrilled for her. It could a little quiet one somewhere but I don’t know what the plans are. We haven’t talked about it yet. I’m dying to have a chat about it all when she does get back to Scotland.” — Ann Balfe, Caitríona’s mum
Remember when her mum told Northern Sound FM she and Caitríona’s dad were thrilled about Tait’s engagement?

Is fatchance123 on tumblr the same person as castlemaine123 on tumblr? I have my suspicions. Both of them are not kind in their comments toward Sam and they believe in the conspiracy theories surrounding Sam’s personal life. It’s truly bizarre! They both seem hostile towards him, especially castlemaine123 and who she follows. People in the Outlander fandom who are not highly intelligent in the facts. New to the fandom and heard you’ve been around awhile. A former shipper and truther now.
Well, thank you for asking.. I really don’t know.. When I stopped being a shipper I also stopped following or really paying attention to most Outlander fans who want to stir up theories about Sam that are baseless. Even if they were or are true, I am at a point in my fandom life that it doesn’t matter.. I am a fan of Sam, Cait and the show Outlander to the point I don’t worry about their personal lives. I would be a liar to tell you I am not curious if /when it’s found out Sam is dating. I am always happy to hear he found love or companionship.  Again, sorry. I don’ t know who those two bloggers are but, perhaps anyone who follow me once I submit this post can investigate for you..

Jamie Dornan and Caitríona Balfe: Belfast, Kenneth Branagh's film, inspired by the Northern Irish conflict that broke out in 1969 and separated Protestants and Catholics, won (the Oscar* for Best Original Screenplay). Its actors, British Jamie Dornan (Fifty Shades of Grey) and Irish Caitríona Balfe (become famous thanks to the TV series Outlander) now work in Hollywood. Caitríona Balfe wore an iridescent tweed jacket, a glittery muslin skirt, and shoes, all CHANEL. / Curtis Buchanan
*Edited - original mistakenly said the film won three Oscars

Kristen Stewart, Jamie Dornan, Jane Campion... Star parade at the very select pre-Oscars dinner
On the eve of the 94th Oscar ceremony, the most select dinner in Los Angeles took place. But also the most stylish: the Charles Finch Pre-Oscar Dinner, in collaboration with Chanel and in the presence of its artistic director, Virginie Viard. Back on a starry night.
On March 26, the day before the 94th Oscar ceremony, All-Hollywood went to the Polo Lounge, in the legendary Beverly Hills Hotel, a pink palace famous for sheltering the transatlantic loves of Marilyn Monroe and Yves Montand in front of a stunned Simone Signoret.
