Charcherry Weekly - Issue 102

Hello, Mage of Light Nick Card here! The festival is approching! And so are possible changes! Let's begin!

Early this week, Heir of Time Rise Emit resumed their trek up Mt. Coronet and reached the summit. Reportedly they had fought against team galactic's highest ranking members, who had been trying to enslave Legendary Pokemon Dialga via the Red Chain. With brief assistance from their Twinleaf rival, Barry, Rise was able to defeat Galactic Admins Jupiter and Mars, and then engaged in an all-out pokemon battle against the boss of the entire organization: Cyrus. As a note, it is important to mention that this was a different version of Cyrus than the one currently with our group, as that one was defeated by Sinnoh Pokemon Trainer KATIE rather than by Rise. The recently defeated version reportedly absconded from the scene while Rise was suffering from a migrane abstained from extended exposure to temporal bends generated by Dialga. Despite this, Rise's pokemon were able to hold their own against Dialga, particularly Rise's Azumarill. Having done battle with Dialga as expected, Rise is expected to have a proper meeting with Dialga some time relatively soon.

Upon returning home, Rise slept for over 24 hours. The impact that the initial encounter with Dialga had prompted Heir of Time Thoren Emit to check on their sibling out of concern. Fortunately, Rise was determined to be safe, Their sister, Brae, requested connection. In a day's time Thoren arrived physically to perform the ritual. By the end of it, Brae Emit became a member of the heart container network Reportedly, she hopes that now she will be properly privy to her sibling's troubles, in order to provide better for them.

With the Summer Festival only a week away, Unity Mayor Brae Emit and their assistant Prince of Time Aeons Edgeworth have been quite busy. After a certain amount of tenacity, Aeons has managed to contact and work with the builder's union to design the stalls to be used by incoming vendors. There is an amount of alarm regarding two particular stall- runners. The Park and Motor Industries have been marked as potentially suspicious. It is understood well that if either one attempts to do anything sinister, the surrounding community will not show mercy against them. Meanwhile, a number of less concerning actors have emerged; a magikarp trainer by the name of Maggie, and a firebending bear named Anton with a team of fighting types have both signed up for the tournament, alongside Rise and Hissnclinkank, the bug wrangler. It is likely to be quite heated when the battles begin! Also, beyond battles, Samus Kitten has signed up to play the guitar at the Bar n Grill on the 24th. I'm looking forward to seeing them perform.

At this point I'm too tried to write much more. The events in Left Beef have taken a surprising turn as of late, though they do seem to be leaning closer to the known plan. It's rather hard charting the path of a retcon timeloop when all will be changed in its wake. Hopefully it works out regardless.
