i have slept maybe three hours I'm surviving purely on coffee and my mind's going in 15 different directions and the usual shyness that keeps my thoughts locked has left me stranded so uhh i may be asking these very important questions that you definitely don't have to answer but anyways here they are

1. besides taylor what are your favourite artists /genres to listen to ( a song in currently obsessed with is sidelines by pheobe bridgers 10/10)

2. what are you favourite cuisines to try out? (this is inspired because of my friend making red thai curry for me bless her I'm not an adventurous eater but it was so good 15/10 recommend)

3. sirius in your stories loves maths, is it something inspired by you or just a hc for him? god bless y'all who enjoy maths I'm gonna cheer on you guys while i work with biology

4. ooo do you love nail paint/ nail art ?

5. see this is my kinda think but when I'm bored or just sitting idly is i have a pen I'll just draw stuff on a paper (can call them doodles but they aren't really) but yeah these days i gravitate towards making an eye or fingers for some reason ( like those witchy creepy cartoony ones)

6. its an imaginary world with no responsibilities and not considering logical housing situation then what animal would you have as a pet ( i once was in a lengthy discussion with my mom how hypothetically giraffe would be a good pet- they could carry all your groceries to you apartment floor with no issue but then i saw them fighting and I'll stick to cat and dogs for now)

friend! hello! please sleep. these are all very sweet, very cute, and I'll happily oblige answering sleepy silly questions, and here is more information than you ever wanted to know!!! but also, this is the third time this week i have been called cool and i just....i promise i'm not. i promise i am just a Big Dork who Does Her Best. But also...not mad that i give off a vibe that i made a bunch of bad decisions in my twenties, which i am still technically in. Not mad at all <3:

-music genre besides taylor swift: i tend to have either the music taste of someone...much older, or much younger. like i went to a josh groban concert, sat VERY close when i was 23? and was the youngest person in the crowd who wasn't forced to go with their parents by a long shot (made friends with an older woman who wore a fur coat and pearls and i decided im going to be her when im older)

but to name a few-- one direction stan (and zayn, harry, and nialls solo careers only), sara bareilles, josh groban, ariana grande, billy joel, elton john, paul simon/simon and garfunkel, and then i also listen to a lot of instrumental stuff...like...film scores (the film score to Much Ado About Nothing is my favorite ever).

-cuisine: i am not a picky eater at all, i will eat dry wall if it has a dipping sauce and tell you its the best thing in the world. and im a latinx household, so a lot of my daily cooking is...that. but when i venture away, i tend to take inspo from my friends/their recipes (made sushi pizza last week? very good, 10/10 recommend), and try out what THEY eat regularly.

-maths: while i do like maths, this HC wasn't inspired by me. sirius is a very black and white thinker. he is pragmatic, and logical by nature. this is canon. he's also....canonically very smart, and provided the black family has a lot of money (and a lot of paranoia, i don't think Orion Black and his predecessors would've let anyone else touch the books other than family, i wouldn't be surprised if they were charmed either) and its just a HC of mine that sirius had to learn about managing money and numerology and maths from a very young age to prepare for... heir-hood. (i do like doing math, and i am good at it, however its not something i would ever make a career out of...exclusively.)

-nails: this might be disappointing, but i don't do my nails. they wouldn't last a day. the only time i do is when im obligated to for an event/wedding, and they literally barely make it through the ceremony. nails are kept short, unpolished.

pet: i would hands down have flamingos in my front yard. like a cute little pond and they would just stand there on one leg like Misty Copeland and be cute and pink and mind their business <3

headcanon dump below. they probably aren’t super original but I :)

I also just wanna mention a thought I had: I suspect we will b seeing morpho knight in a main game storyline in the next game, since he was gonna appear in the Kirby GCN (I assume this means they had quite a bit of lore and stuff to go with him so they’ve had him prepared for a while). also consider: Kirby RtD was the replacement. The next few games where meta knight is fought, he has yellow eyes. Basically my theory is that they didn’t want to have two characters with white eyes (probably so there wasn’t any conflicting lore idk) so they just went and changed meta knight’s because they deemed that the most plausible option. this also could actually serve as more proof of morpho being much more important to the lore of the series, even aside from his supposed appearances as a butterfly. I bet he is gonna have something to do with the warp star (concept for Kirby GCN was that dedede stole Kirby’s warp star so morpho was somehow involved) - Most puffballs only have one or two abilities, or can broaden magic use through one ability (eg galacta Knight’s attacks, for example, are all used through the base sword ability however aren’t limited to that). - Kirby is unique as he has the copy ability (which counts as one ability in itself rather than hundreds). it’s an almost legendary ability with no other recorded holders. Special baby boy.

- Although puffballs do have to consume a lot of food to deal with being partly composed of potent magic (as well as using it), Kirby has to consume sooo much more. he’s not a glutton (as the books describe), he is just hungry almost all of the time because he’s always beating the shit out of eldritch beings. The novels annoyed me so much with this aspect of Kirby!!!!!! he’s not that shallow!!! baby boy is just trying to physically cope with being able to slap the shit out of cult gods!!!

- Kirby’s copy ability works by basically inhaling an object/opponent with a specific magic signature, then concentrating it into a strengthened version of that ability Kirby can then utilise (hence his “infinite power”). - Kirby can’t deal with immense amounts of magic for a long period of time, as it also uses his own magic/energy up in the process. This is why normal copy abilities are fine for an extended period of time, and the super copy abilities have a time limit on them. (This is also why he can’t just go inhale void termina or some shit bc he would probably end up imploding. it’s also why the crash ability is single use)

- The super abilities basically involve Kirby combining a small amount of his own energy with the magic signature of the ability, and then concentrating it, producing a much stronger version of the original ability. Kirby probably ended up putting in a much larger amount of his own energy when trying to defeat magolor. (Ultra sword go brr)

- Puffballs eventually get wings at some stage in their life. They usually get them after a few hundred years but they can appear early if conditions are bad enough. Kirby’s will probably be feathered. I think the lore of the series will benefit from having two pink puffballs with feathered wings. pls also note the halberd mode robobot armour has softer looking wings, and the visor Kirby has on the star allies sparkler has little wings on the side of it.

- Meta Knight and king dedede did eventually get over their rivalry with Kirby. The events of KRtD were definitely a big part of it, and by the end of it they were probably pretty good friends. They both realised Kirby was way too strong for either of them to beat, and did have Dreamland’s interests in mind. Since Kirby is also only a kid they also felt compelled to act more adult-like, rather than trying to beat the shit out of a child.

- After the events of KRtD, king dedede basically invited Kirby, mk, and bandee to the castle for an overnight stay, since everyone was exhausted by the end of the ordeal. Although breakfast the following morning was tense at first, Dedede basically explained he wanted to formally end any rivalry he had with Kirby, and encouraged meta knight to do the same.Meta Knight still secretly wanted to beat Kirby at least once but the events of both planet robobot and star allies probably ruined it for him

- King dedede is actually a fairly competent leader, despite mainly just being a representative for dreamland as a whole. It did take him a while to grow into his role, but after he let go of his rivalry with Kirby he really settled in. He’s generally pretty placid on most days, and plays a lot of board games with the dees.King dedede invites bandee, Kirby, and mk for morning tea/lunch every now and then. The castle kitchen usually has to prepare at very least a day in advance to accomodate Kirby’s appetite.

- Kirby isn’t allowed more than 3 cups of tea or half a cup of weak coffee. the first time ddd ever invited Kirby for tea he did not consider how Kirby would respond to any amount of caffeine.

- Kirby is probably closest with mk, especially since Kirby knows mk looks very similar to him. He doesn’t ask mk about it though, as he sees that’s a very personal question.

- Mk acts as more of a very uninvolved father figure/mentor, mainly since Kirby is pretty independent and can defend himself.

- He regularly trains Kirby with the sword ability. Meta Knight used to originally do this to try and memorise Kirby’s attack patterns given that they may fight again in the future, but, as mentioned before, doesn’t do this anymore. He feels guilty about it.

-Meta Knight taught Kirby how to read. Kirby is a fairly proficient reader, although he likes to read cooking books the most because of all the pictures.

-Kirby is good at cooking, even without the copy ability.

- Meta Knight owns what could be considered a small library. Kirby is allowed to borrow a book or two for about a week at a time. He is forbidden from the horror section due to the one time where he accidentally chose a particularly scary one and wouldn’t leave castle dedede for a week.

-Kirby doesn’t speak in poyo. I don’t have much else to say on this. -Kirby can be a little shit on very rare occasions. Dedede tried to prank Kirby once by getting him to eat a very very spicy curry. Unbeknownst to dedede at the time, Kirby has a very high heat tolerance, and would probably have to eat something more than 1 million on the Scoville scale to actually feel distress. Kirby noticed that it was unusually hot, and that dedede was watching him intently. He pretended it wasn’t spicy at all, then persuaded dedede to try it.

-Dedede does not have a heat tolerance anywhere near as high as Kirby’s.

- So you two met on a forced-first date scenario.

- And it wasn’t as awkward as you two thought it’d be.

- Turns out that maybe Kazunari and your friend were good matchmakers after all.

- After your first date you two agreed that you enjoyed it so you went for a second, then a third, and then a fourth.

- Kazunari was the first out of himself and Tsuzuru to realize Tsuzuru had caught serious feelings.

- He realized it when he had come to complain about not being able to write a good action script for the autumn troupe.

- After reading what he had written Kazunari realized; “Man… You sure you don’t like someone?”

- “W-What the hell man? Where did that come from anyway?”

- And then Kazunari did what he does best and teased Tsuzuru until the droopy-eyed writer gave up.

- Basically; no one understood how or why they just knew it made sense.

- It consisted of; Azuma, Muku, Citron, Kazunari, Sakuya, and Izumi.

- Basically chaotic as fuck.

- So they came up with a plan for him to invite you over to the dorm to have him ask you out over dinner (courtesy of Omi).

- They stole his phone and sent you a text inviting you over and you accepted and here’s the catch;

- Tsuzuru has no idea.

- He’s slowly coming back on track, accepting that a relationship might not be possible, but then you show up dressed up nicely.

- “Hi, I got a text from you to come over for dinner?”

- And oh my god poor boy closed the door on you while freaking out, have you seen this man? The stress he’s put in everyday by the dorm? And now they do this? He’s got some white hairs already and he’s not even 19.

- Kazunari convinces him to get dressed while Izumi opened the door and invited you in.

- The operation had to go smoothly; no one other than them were at the house right now, Omi had made dinner and left with Tasuku.

- So now you were awkwardly sitting on the sofa waiting for the green eyed boy while Sakuya (poor boy) attempted to make convo.

- “So, how did you and Tsuzuru-kun meet?”

- Never have you been more afraid of a 17 year old pink eyed boy, ever.

- Then he comes out dressed nicely apologizing to you for getting you into this mess, and you can deny that it’s kind of cute.

- So they leave you alone as you two eat food made by Omi.

- And he does not ask you out while you’re eating, probably due to the two of you feeling the eyes of the ”Matchmakers” on you all night.

- That is, until he decides to walk you home.

- And it’s under the stars as it slowly began to rain that Tsuzuru asked you to be his s/o.

- He was all shy and shit too, but he was also confident in his decision to ask you out.

- And now you’re a thing so I guess the operation was a success?

- Tsuzuru tends to put you before him way too much, he forgets a lot about him being part of the relationship.

- So please remind him to take breaks and that a relationship is mutual, not one-sided.

- He’s the type of boyfriend that enjoys spending most dates at home watching movies or cooking food.

- But his favorite date was when you two went camping once, it was really nice.
