Peak Dr Who is the start of The Gunfighters when Steven and Dodo find out that they're in the wild west and they do a little dance then dress up as cowboys with the worst firearms safety I've ever seen, and the Doctor is just sitting there hating on them and saying he needs a dentist because the previous episode's cliffhanger was him eating a sweet, and then they all get arrested.
