first creation of 2020:

funnily enough, my first creation wasn’t a gifset. it was this set of fallin’ flower lockscreens (lmao). i kinda like how they turned out though!! but for gifsets, my first set was my top 10 songs from the first half of 2020 (long title, i know). my first time rotoscoping gifs and using avisynth but i think they turned out great!

most recent creation of 2020:

at the time i am doing this game, it’s the Joshua CD edit :) i am proud of my CD edits HAHA i think they’re pretty and much better looking than the actual CDs that are sold (i am so not subtle)

one of your favorite creations from 2020: 

this jeonghan music bank set!! i really, REALLY liked the colouring i did for this. i can never replicate it. this was my peak.

a creation you’re really proud of: 

can we go back to the CD edits hmm my SPVRTS magazine edits!! i had too much fun with the captions. like way too much fun. please check it out if you have time i beg of you. i really think those edits deserved better T~T

a new style you tried this year and a work that uses it: 

overlapping elements! i used to avoid them for gifs but i thought “eh, let’s just try it out” and THE AMOUNT OF MATH IT TOOK KILLED ALL MY BRAIN CELLS. never again. you can see the fruits of my labour in my Home;Run set :)

a creation that took you forever: 

aside from the Home;Run set above (help), my Harper’s Bazaar recolour and my HHU rotoscope post took literal days to do. don’t make the same mistakes i make on a daily basis thank you.

your creation from 2020 that received the most notes: 

my 24H set!! which i’m very proud of hehe because it took a while to get everything to line up properly so i was really happy to see that it was well-received :))

a creation you think deserved more notes: 

it’s literally one gif but yes, it is this Hoshi rotoscope gif. it took a lot longer than expected because his hair camouflages with the background :’)))

a new fandom you joined and a creation you made for it: 

uhh... the only post i made for another fandom was this Kihyun birthday set~ perhaps i should expand my horizons... i do like this new colouring method i tried though!

a creation you made that breaks your heart:

this set of Seventeen’s Prime Minister award. it breaks my heart in a good way. so proud :’))

a ‘simple’ creation that you really love: 

why is ‘simple’ in quotation marks? okay this one wasn’t really simple because it took a lot of time but Seventeen’s 5th Anniversary video :’) this one can go under the previous category too~

a creation that was inspired by another one:

this mingyu w korea recolour i did was actually inspired by @joshuahong (hi bea!!) with her own rendition. i thought hers was so pretty and clean and honestly i didn’t want to colour it since she already did it but she encouraged me to do it too so i switched up the colours a lil~

a favorite creation created by someone else:

OH BOY I HAVE SO MANY (under the chey’s favs tag if you want to check it out) but my ultimate favourite is the 3-part birthday series @cutiejoshi made for my birthday (thank you siri ilysm <3)

Here it's also getting colder, i love putting my Fuzzy socks and my robe at home, I feel so comfy 🤗

Obsession!Baek was what finally tipped me over to him becoming my bias wrecker actually!! Before it was jongin (who was also my first bias when i started liking exo actually haha) but I saw Bäekhyun and it blew my mind, just, look at him, it was suuuuch a beautiful and mysterious look 😍 Yeah, those are some great choices! I hate the mullet trend but Baek is definitely one of the few who looks really good!

For me one of my favourite looks of his is Call Me Baby/Lotto! He looked so good in that hair colour and eyeliner!! And another favourite and very underrated look is Coming Over! God I love it so much, his hair, his glasses, his outfit?? Iconic 😍 I'm sad there was so little time with it, it's basically the MV I think? Not even any stages he looked like that I think 😿

And what about concepts though? I can see, maybe because of Monster/Obsession/UN Village, that you prefer darker/mysterious concepts as a whole? Or it's just a Baek thing? Hahaha - 🎅

Lol omg really!? XD the obesession power (lbr that era was THAT iconic for everyone like chen with the lip ring? Chanyeol with his odd eye colors and pink hair? Sehun looking dashing and could kick your butt at the same time,, Jongin with the green hair and his makeup and andbajsb ALSO FLIPPEN SUHO LOOKING LIKE THE DEVIL!? BLESS THAT ERA AND THANK SM FOR DOING ONE GOOD THING LOL) Thank you! ^.^ personally I don't mind mullets and like them (i would like to point to minghao of seventeen for this, he made me love them dksbdsj) but indeedy, he is one of the few that can pull it off. Oohhh call me baby and lotto is iconic as fudge! I loved the makeup and styling as well (personal live stage look for lotto was him with that silk blue blouse, idk why. But then I looked up pictures to see what you are talking about and OMG, I flipped out because I kept seeing gifs of that look and ITS FROM THAT MV!? :0 holy cow pie the more you know! Indeed it is very underrated because we need to see more love for this look! The hair, the glasses, the slight emo vibes (I am positive you can find something similar in hottopic lol) and the fake tattoo? We stan. Oof its always a shame when there is this REALLY amazing look in a MV but there is no live stage counter part =/

Welp what can I say, I enjoy me some dark vibes 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ lol tbh I'm someone that enjoys both lighter and colorful concepts but also enjoy darker ones. Do seem to lean a bit more onto darker concepts though but I like a nice balance haha. (Considering the many groups I enjoy, it does balance out with this i think?) So one moment I can be bopping to obesession and then later you can see me dancing to chewing gum by nct lol. (Idk why but you saying it could be a baek thing made me laugh xD) but to answer your question, very much do like other concepts from exo, yes! Love me right is one that always brings a smile to my face. Might be because for some reason I could see that song being a seventeen song (they would do a fantastic cover of it for sure!) But you can't help but do a little shimmy (kokobop) to it while doing the dishes haha. Lucky one I love as well, both song wise and the mv wise (jongin forever dancing randomly in the mv is a forever mood but also the theories behind it also make me go !!!) I always wanted to see exo do a song like clap by seventeen because I think they would do a fantastic job with that style (I watched a fancam of some of the exo members bopping to the song at an award show and I giggled at jongin because he was having the time of his life. Same jongin, same) Even the subunits like cbx and sc I love ^.^ they have alot of bops in their own respective albums (what a life is on my summer playlist hehe) also not really a concept per se BUt their Christmas albums ??? Sm why did we never get one with ot6 members ??? Why did you guys stop making them ???
