i havent braided anything much less bread since i was a child but what if i tried to make pasca?

#ive gotten too good at cheescake. give me a challenge. give me the easter cheesecakes of my people. #give me the 6 strand braided dough #im sitting here like maybe if i make babka for Christmas breakfast then ill have enough practice to fo #*to do this monstrosity #am i being foolish? perhaps. but goddamn ive been looking at pasca recipes going damn i wanna make this so baaad #maybe its that its been Forever since ive had pasca bc me and my family agree that easters a dumb holiday with too much trauma behind it #and celebrating a different christmas holiday fhat my atheist/pagan ass family tries to pretend isnt christian is making me miss some of the #fun stuff. or at least the good food associated with the bad.
