The Dhregs have Come

The night was a long one...yet suddenly the skies broke out with an eruption of tiny wings. Wild fliiters from all across the Southern Lands came into this hidden cave. Twelve eggs were on the sands deep inside the cave. A wild Golden Wher watching over her clutch. Te pack soon showing up... humming as the flitters began to sing and coo as the eggs began to Shake... The first of the eggs to break... There was a a deep stillness... a giant wing bursting from the egg. The most deep red that any had lain eyes upon even in the darkness. Yet the hatching pushed through and suddenly a head. A high pitched cry as the face was divided in two colors. One have the deep human blood color red... the other so dark it looked void of any form int eh darkness. Bright red eyes swirled as she looked around. Bursting from her egg before falling over another egg and covering her blotched red and black body with sand... In a furious rage she slammed her tail into siblings egg sending a large crack down it. Chimera RED and EBONY - Vicious, Intelligent, Vengeful (Infertile Female) belongs to Jaffykins That large egg was shaken as the crack rolled up it's shell. Inside was a demon... As a growl made the shell shake. A churning inside it and a leg broke through. A deep olive in color... a metallic sheen. A bronze. Head bursting through the shell before taking a step inside his prison nd shaking himself free. He thrashed about biting shell and throwing it tot he side. He as easily the largest of any in this clutch. Bronze - Dominant, Leader, Level Headed, Lazy (Fertile) belongs to Jaffykins The next to hatch was coming from one of the smaller eggs. A tail lashed at the egg from with in and broke free. A bright purple tail thudding in the sand as it scratched from with in. Slowly chunks broke free from the shell to produce a molted purple dhreg. Almost looking like velvet as he shook the shell from his body. How quaint that goo looked on him. He needed to get clean. Purple - Persnickety, Vain, Loner - belongs to Prissy Another of the larger eggs began to shake. The second largest one actually. Inside the dhreg was dying to break free. Hearing the sounds of it's siblings. It couldn't wait much longer. Talons setting in the shell and pushing out on all sides... the egg pretty much exploded from within. In the wake... was left a hatchling just barely smaller than her bronze brother. A metallic blue coating her skin with shades of silver mixing all over. Black broke up this patters on ever edge of her, talons, tail tip, wings and muzzle. Prisim BLUE - SILVER - EBONY (Fertile - 3 clutches in her life time) - Calm, Regal, Vengeful - belongs to Prissy There was more stirring. Yet this time from the more quiet of the eggs. A shard from one of hir siblings eggs was the reason hir egg shattered. It was almost paper thin! Is why shi never moved. Shi was laid out on hir belly looking around confused... A metallic sheen coating hir as shi looked around again. A color so pretty... A coppery tone took over most of hir with blotches of red, ebony....and gold. The golden color like flecks of sand all about hir body as shi slowly stood. Hir head a dark ebony in color with equally as dark splotches along hir wings. Prism - COPPER - RED - GOLD - EBONY(Inferitle FEMALE, Fertile MALE - Hermaphrodite) Calm, Shy, Pleasant, Productive - belongs to Tink Another egg rattling about as the dhreg inside broke free. Well... part of it. Legs dark as night broke out the bottom of the shell as the tiny thing was wandering about. Baby was running around hitting things until it met the cavern wall. The egg shattered and left a dazed ebony dhreg in it's wake. Tail flopped around as he shook his head and blinked looking around. Ebony - Hyper, Boisterous, Happy (Semi-Fertile Male 6 total times he can sire a clutch) belongs to Tink

he stood on the balcony. for the first time in years he felt like watering his flowers by himself. down in the garden hook sat on their bench, reading. jafar hummed a little melody while moving about, feeling serene in the things that he did lately. "you are my soul and my inspiration ♫" his voice was very quiet but audible enough for hook. there was a smile on jafar's lips as he looked at the flowers before him, having someone else but said flower in mind.

Hook was... Content. Sat reading it was rather relaxing, even Jaffykins seemed rather relaxed by his side, sprawled out to soak up the warmth of the sun.

The humming and soft voice did not go unnoticed however, he tilted his head up slightly to smile softly at Jafar as he doted over the flowers. It almost felt like they were an old couple.... Living out their days together with no one else around them. It was a nice fantasy.

He let out a light and quiet chuckle, turning a page and continuing his book with a smile of amusement on his face.

the guards bowed, surprisingly, when hook entered the room, faced with a beautiful stack of fruits. two shishas waiting to be used sitting beside it. in front of the stack was a big wooden box with a carving of agrabah and hook's name in arabic letters.

clearly it had been written by jafar himself. [ mudyr said that you shall go ahead and enjoy yourself until he arrives. he is very busy today and won't be able to be here until late at night again. ] said razoul, still bowing. they had gotten the instruction to bow before hook on his special day and although every other day they might have refused to listen, the guards had somewhat of an understanding that this was a special day for the pirate, who never really treated them with disrespect.

[ he apologizes. ] added razoul, then the guards would slowly retreat and close the giant door behind hook. the box was resting on silken scarfs to be worn and adored by hook. even the pillows to rest on looked brand new. jafar hadn't spared any cost decorate the room for his beloved. a bath was drawn as well and the maids were waiting.

another paper card the shape of hook's sword rested on one of the pillows saying "kol sana wenta tayib, habibi. (equivalent to happy birthday)." upon opening the box with his name on, james would find a new hook and spare ones, in gold, with diamonds covering the tops, as well as an item to screw on his arm with which he would be able to pet his cat jaffykins. jafar hoped that james would like his gift. it was getting harder thinking of things to come up with, but he never gave up trying.

Its Hook's birthday!

Oh that damn snake. Hook thought with a smirk as his hand brushed over the box with his gift within it, he couldn't even be upset that Jafar was not here right now, but he KNEW he would join him later.

He chuckled, examining the lavish silks and fabrics for him to wear and the jewelled selection of hook's for his prothetic, even one that was perhaps a little more appropriate for palace life (and for his new feline.)

How could he ever thank Jafar for this? His heart fluttered with a soft sigh and he turned to the maids who stood waiting in the corner and the pile of fruit and then his turned up his nose to inhale the sweet scent of the citrus-infused bath.

Well, Jafar had said to enjoy himself until he returned! A bath, followed by being dressed in his new outfit and then some fresh fruit and smoking~
