i feel really awful right now i have so much anxiety

#i accidentally skipped work twic e #i know thats really really really bad but i feel like it'll be okay when i explain that im stupid and ill never dothis again #i thought i worked a different time but i got it wromg so i showed up to work and no one was there #and i was supposed to work this morning but i didnt sleep at all and idek #god ik this sounds so stupid i feel like when i tell them itll be okay tho #they're really nice and some other new person also skipped work the other day and he didnt get in much trouble #im a pretty hard worker too so i feel like itll be okay bc its my 1st time #aahhhhh ive been like having an anxiety attack for almost 12 hours now #i didnt get like any sleep last night bc i took Adderall bc again i thot i was working #amd so i feel asleep like 3 times and it wasnt even good sleep #it was panicky and sweaty #so now i just feel so out of it #and my heart rate is like 130 bpm and u kno im just Sitting Here On My Bed #so like that feels AHHHHHHHHHHH #and i keep feeling like i have to shit and then i sit on the toilet for like 20 mins and nothing happens and i keep doinf this #idk why i keep getting up #it feels like i rlly gotta shit!!!! u kno!!! so im like might as wel sit on yhe toilet #god im a fucking mess rn hhhhhhhhhh #p
