🙃 literally at the end of my fucking rope

#have been going through a weird helath moment!!! for mo ths now #i have a surgery on friday #my 15 yo dog is NOT doing well shes having a string of random issues #i need and WANT to compose for my fricking class and my final concert but god i never find the fuckinf time and space nc my dog needs #so much from me #24/7 and of course i do it #of course shes my priority i love her but omg i cant deal with this #i miss my grandpa and i cant do this with my doggy all over again #my grandma is hurt all over and i had a dream the other day she didnt remember me #i think im leading someone on but idk what is wrong with me idk what i want or what imdoing #i have been told i cant go to bed ay 4 am anymroe or more health issues will arise #and this sucks bc usually id stay up really late and slee like 3 hrs #precisely bcits IMPOSSIBLE to do anything during the day #my family always fucking needs something!!! #the only time i get to myself is at 3 am #and now i dont have that either!! #im so im at fucking wits end here
