i continually maintain that Disassemblers are actually pretty damn light- they fly, they're fast, they hit like runaway trains (prying open those bay doors is. kind of insane still), probably have some kind of composite armoring (at least with the very different limbs, I'd think) to account for the strain of said force, and if anything the attempt to function both with these parameters while not being bulky as hell is a contributing factor as to why they overheat so much, since they can't/don't actually use Solver.

Contrast to Copper Workers, who, while nowhere near as strong or fast, are still primarily industrial and mining workers. They're much denser in comparison to Disassemblers, especially since there's more space for functionality that isn't sacrificed for weaponry or the meatier bits of Disassemblers' whole 'biomechanical cannibalbots' nature.

Basically what I'm trying to say is Uzi definitely could heft N like a sack of potatoes. And he'd absolutely let her.

Extraordinarily silly au I've been outlining where Andrias's robo-appendix explodes bc when the centuries all blend together you forget to do literal bodily maintenance once in a while. Olivia is the first to find him, with a side-salad flavor of 'hey why is the king partially made of metal'.

And since he died without an heir, the closest thing they have for one (which is a huge reach but there aren't many options) is current ward-of-the-crown Marcy, who already has a political leadership position anyway as Head Ranger. But also anybody with a brain (Olivia, mostly) thinks that's a TERRIBLE idea for a myriad of reasons.

tl;dr Olivia and Yunan Weekend-At-Bernie's Andrias while frantically trying to keep the government running as they realize just how rotted to the roots the whole thing is and also they make out about it.

thinking about. Postcanon Sasha being both super maladjusted to earth life, but also with the perspective to see just how dysfunctional her deal with her parents is.

Her first night back from the hospital she sleeps over at Anne's and this starts a pattern that's even stronger than the one pre-Amphibia.

Sasha with a twice-monthly swap between living with her mom or her dad, who one time skips going to her dad's entirely and crashes at the Boonchuy's. It takes her parents Days to really be like huh, something is Off. Which Sasha isn't even surprised about because she knows her parents find it more peaceful, less stressful (a hassle) without her now, with her high-strung issues and layers of ptsd and general Child Soldierisms. What was a point of their concern soon becomes too exhausting for them, because it's been months, she's even seeing a therapist, surely she should be better, right?

Sasha also can tell her parents think she's either a danger or a bad influence on her half-siblings and stepsiblings due to aforementioned child soldierisms and ptsd (specifically in regards to her reactivity, hypervigilance, the things associated with said ptsd), but also due to how her behaviors and values were shifted after living with the toads so long (listen is it really Sashaposting from me if i dont include Sasha Toadisms)

She knows her parents place a ton of value on maintaining appearances, which is esp evident when they don't appear outwardly as affected as the Boonchuys/Wus, going by their social media posts (both personal and her their law firm's acct). And more of her things were at Anne's anyway, since her dad- who is more neurotic and stressy as opposed to her mom's focus on appearances and her habit of projecting a lot of stuff onto her daughter, but Sasha thought he would at least try a little harder, a little longer- boxed up a lot of her room stuff in an attempt to speedrun the 'acceptance' stage of grief.

So no, she isn't surprised. But it does sting.
