Crossroad or Crosshair? Today’s #blackbarbiephotochallenge is to post a faceless portrait. This portrait of a Black male represents the hopes and challenges of our natural treasure: The Black Male. He’s moving toward life changing crossroads- some filled with hopes and dreams, all while standing in the crosshairs of hate and injustice. Though he appears faceless to those who refuse to acknowledge him, he is definitely not faceless. When he is treated with dignity and respect, stood with toe to toe, having his head held high, there is no mistaking him as faceless. He is unmistakably, A Black Man.
