when you first meet him he is a bit cold and very straight to business. First time playing the demo i was a bit put off ngl. But what youre seeing his worksona lol When you tag along with him in the end, hes pulling little tricks whch i find very endearing and unexpected

compels me tbvh i want to know him more.

When touchstarved game is out im going to romance Mhin first bcs i love emotionally constipated characters who slowly warm up to you so im looking forward to that slow burn but also by god i need to know what the fuck is wrong with Leander. playing the touchtarved demo again and i know i saw a bunch of people a while back theorising that Leander asks you about all the other LIs in an attempt to manipulate but i dont think that entirely true. He will say good and bad things about everyone. Unlike some of the other LIs who will just straight up say they hate a bitch lol

I think he asks for your opinion bcs info gathering is his bread and butter. I think perhaps thats how he manages to afford all that he does (lodging, drinks on the whole bar etc). Well. Info and doing favours for favours.

Kuras mentions that Leander seems to know everyone at the Wet Wick and when you first meet Leander, he instantly clocks you as a stranger so that checks out. In additional all the LIs mention how information is currency in Eridia

It also makes me think of the barkeeper's comment about Leander having a room just for his dalliances and i wonder if sleeping with people is also another way for him to get people to trust him/share info. I also think he likes being liked and needed. That and hes a bit of a slut bcs he seems to be into most if not all of the cast to some degree lmao

Anyway I think with the evil Leander theories being so popular, its easy to take everything he does and says as suspicious (i know i def felt like that for a long while. Still do to a degree) so im trying to take a step back and be less biased.

Idk ive changed my mind on what i think is going on a few times already and im sure ill change it again in the future

so i wanted to learn more about Loviatar and so i did some cursory google searching and imagine my surprise and delight when i discover that she was originally a servant of Bhaal and then became consort to Bane. How very interesting!

I know we durgetash likers talk about Durge religious guilt, but also what if Gortash sacrilegious justifications?

Like submitting to Durge's violence and being like "Well Loviatar was Bane's consort and did he not offer himself up to her whip as surely as she offered her submission to him?" So actually its ok to let Durge hurt him. Actually its devotion. Actually their little power plays and freak nasty bloody sex and switching is them walking in the footsteps of the god. Hubris? Yes i know her intimately.

Honestly out of everything in the touchstarved demo the thing that surprised me the most was Ais/Kuras friendship

Ais says the doctor has an endearing side and Kuras says Ais is one of the few people who was immediately worthy of his respect.

I can kind of see why Ais would be endeared to Kuras' cheekier side, but im sooo curious to see what quality or behaviour Kuras saw in Ais that made him instantly respect him. What secrets does he know!
