Don’t believe a portable grill can cook high level Bbq? A few weeks back the @jchristopher.co and I entered a rib/chicken cook off. Along side the big pig we ran @greenmountaingrills Davey Crockett. We brined the chicken, covered in @Buffalowbbq chicken rub, smoked and grilled to perfection , all on the DC. Took second place! Never opened the lid (except to take photos) and did not have to babysit it!
