Vincent made his way to his law firm. Thump. Thump. Why was his heart beating so fast? Maybe it's because he will meet his new co-worker soon. He entered his office and sat down when Pam, his childhood friend came in. "Hey! How's my-" she saw him feeling his chest, "Take it easy, is it happening again?". Vincent doesn't like talking about his congenital heart defect, no one at work knows except Pam. "No it's not that. It's like, I'm nervous, but also excited to meet my new paralegal," Vincent confessed. "You? nervous?! That's not the Vinny I know!" Pam laughed and they caught up with one another. Then he heard footsteps. Knock knock. "Come in," he said.
