question 1: is it weird to message someone I used to talk to/hang out with for one semester when we were in the same class 2.5 years ago (fall of 2019) asking how she’s doing? I did really like her company, but we haven’t spoken since at all, lmao…

question 2: is it weird to message someone I spoke t (less than the other person) last semester. we didn’t speak over the summer at all, but i knew that she was in her home province and she also knew that I knew this… what I mean is that we both kind of knew we would have no opportunities to meet during the summer at all

I’m… not good at staying acquainted with people I haven’t known for years or talk to every day online lmaooo but I’ve realized maybe I want a friend, or at least someone I can hang out with a little who attends the same uni and doesn’t live 90+ minutes away as I (they both still should…I think)
