❛ ☾ ◟━ LOCATION: cheval et châteaux ❛ ☾ ◟━ TIME: afternoon ❛ ☾ ◟━ STATUS: closed for CAMILLE ANDRÉ / @camilleandre
Taking her chauffeur’s hand, Lida got out of the car and thanked them for their assistance before straightening out her outfit and entering the vicinity. She was in Cheval et Châteaux, an establishment owned by her good friend Camille André. If she had a chance at having some sort of dream or aspiration, then maybe she would have become an equestrian. She never admitted it out loud, especially when her choice of career could be judged harshly by her family and so, she opted to express it as a passionate hobby.

Therefore, after learning about Camille’s business upon moving here, Lida was not only ecstatic, but 100% on board in supporting it in any way possible. In fact it was one of the businesses she’d been advertising in Senol Palace. Today was the day where she actually took the time to visit Camille and spend time in Cheval et Châteaux. Upon her arrival, she noticed the blonde right away and skipped over excitedly before greeting her with kisses on both her cheeks and a big hug. “Ma chérie, thank you for having me!” Pulling away, Lida maintained her smile and said, “Hopefully you weren’t waiting too long? How have you been?...This place looks amazing babe and I know I say this ALL the time, but I’m seriously proud of you.”

STATUS: closed LOCATION: Girafe Restaurant DATE/TIME: monday, january 17th at approx. twelve thirty in the afternoon
“J'aurai ..les fruits de mer du jour, s'il vous plait / I’ll have the seafood of the day, please.” All the locals knew that that Girafe's daily specials were the way to go, or so she’d recently discovered during one of her many luncheons there since moving to Paris. Vouex was only around the corner, and this, other than Cafe du Temple, seemed to be the place to be. Girafe was just a little nicer to take clients, or new friends like Camille was slowly becoming. Staring down at the GIRAFE design on top of her coffee foam, she quickly realised this was her third cup for the day. Her growing need for caffeine was becoming a problem, to say the least. After Camille orders and the waiter leaves their table, the brunette offers her a smile whilst fumbling around her bag for her deck of cigarettes. “—I know I’ve said this a hundred times, but wow, you are killing it today, mon chéri.”

location: Speed Dating Event with: @camilleandre
In the name of charity, Serina prided herself in being in the fiscal position to provide aide when she could. Tonight’s event included an optional chance to provide for a charity as most of the ‘daters’ were in some form in the well-known ends of the spectrum. She’d said no to be bid on for her time, but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to wait for the sound of a bell to inform her that her time was up with whomever was seated across from her. So far she’d been through three occupants, one who was a trust fund recipient, one who was a vapid influencer, and one who was a rising star waiting for the big break. There was a certain power dynamic she found interesting, those who seemed to want to be on her good side, and she couldn’t help but wonder would there be anyone with an ounce of genuine attitude here?” That was when the blonde ended up across from her, and she grinned politely. “Hello there, I don’t think we’ve ever formally met.” She extended her lithe hand to the woman, “Serina Thyssen, and you?”

⸻ 𓆸 late sunday morning, january 23rd, standing outside of CAFÉ DU TEMPLE when CAMILLE ANDRÉ enters the scene ↠ @camilleandre
Tumblr media
The powers that be were finally taking matters into their own hands. Given Julien André’s inability hit send on a familiar number still stored in his cell phone, the one he found where he’d left it a year prior in his residence in desperate need of a charge and reactivation of service, it seemed the world was no longer going to wait on him to muster the courage to call his baby sister. To let her know he was returned and he was relatively okay.
When he’d left, Julien hadn’t said a word to anyone. Hadn’t even packed a bag. Grief propelled him to move, to go anywhere where the crack in his chest wouldn’t have felt so intense. He ran from the pain, from his anguish, from a loss he couldn’t comprehend. Half of him was simply no more. Without Sébastien he didn’t know who he was. Since birth he’d always half of a pair, and there was no one in the world that knew or understood him like his twin brother.
Risen that morning, on the verge of beginning week five of his personal investigation, he had no idea that this was what was in store for him. To be forced to face a piece of the family he’d abandoned at the worst possible time. Julien had returned a full month prior in silence. Not one word to any of his family nor friends. The moment his feet were returned to the city he’d grown in Julien was at work to uncover the truth of what had happened to Sébastien. There was no doubt in him that the ruling in his death was incorrect.
As he stood there aside a table in front of the café on the sidewalk, he saw her coming from many strides away. That blonde hair, her distinctive walk — maybe he didn’t know her better than anyone but his sister was unmistakable to Julien. For a long time he’d thought of what to say when they’d be face to face once again, hoping for some happy reunion and doubting that was what was to come. Standing at 6′1′’ among the light late morning crowd, he and his messy sandy blond hair were striking. “Camille,” he murmured quietly as she came close, turning his blue eyes to her and flexing his jaw, unsure what to expect.
