🖤🤍❤️ @thecheshireprintfair We Do Print Workshops Workshops Alongside running our print fairs we also have the capacity to lead small screen print workshops.  We’ve been doing this for a while and have found it a fun and informative way to introduce people to screen-printing.  We’re mobile - we come to you. We can accommodate up-to 8 printers and we can tailor what we produce to meet the needs of pretty much any age range or ability.  It’s great experience - we can do sessions for education or entertainment. Weddings, Birthdays and Bar Mitzvah’s. 🖤❤️➡️ @thecheshireprintfair Last on the list it's time to reintroduce ourselves again  I am @vpattersongraphicarts one half of the Cheshire Print Fair team. As well as coordinating the print fair we take the opportunity to put our work on the table as well - we’re all in this together after all.  Here’s an overview…  My work is a combination of screen, riso, and mixed media prints.  Focussing on creating as many single edition prints as possible - variations on themes including cinema, music, pop culture, and found ephemera.  All blasted with colours and hand-finished touches. Unique and affordable one-of-a-kind prints.  Own the original is the vibe. 💙🖤➡️ @thecheshireprintfair Chester’s own Louisa Boyd is returning to join us again which is absolutely fab! @louisa_boyd  Here’s the bio … Louisa Boyd is a multidisciplinary artist who works with paint, print and sculpture. Her work is inspired by the natural world, and she is fascinated by the innate human response to nature. Cartography motifs, both celestial and terrestrial, natural landmarks and sacred geometry feature in Louisa’s prints that consider the persistent human desire to belong within the natural world. The map-like images in Louisa’s work suggest navigation of both the physical, material world as well as the individual, emotional journey we make through life. By layering abstract, drawn imagery made with traditional drawing tools and printmaking processes with more abstract painterly marks, the outcomes are a visual fusion of historic and contemporary ideas. Louisa has worked professionally as an artist for over 20 years exhibiting both nationally and internationally. Her pieces are included in public and private collections worldwide and she is recognised regularly through prestigious juried exhibitions. Recent exhibition highlights include: New Light Prize Exhibition, Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, John. Come and check out her fab selection of colours and prints. Here’s the bio … Emmanuelle Orr is a French Printmaker and Artist based in London and Paris. She uses various printmaking techniques, such as screenprinting, risograph printing and cyanotypes. Her practice focuses on certain aspects of human life- what happens after dark, the places we go to to look for connections, the performances we give for no-one, the solitude that can be found in a crowd. At the studio you will find a mix of Pop Art and Punk inspired work, fuelled by a love of vintage books, analogue photography, and old band merchandise. Alongside this, the studio offers creative and commercial printing, working with other indies and small businesses. I source what I can locally and treat materials with care and passion keeping everything I do both honest and affordable. Screen printing lies at the heart of the studio, with designs combining a mixture of bold imagery and vintage graphics - pop art with a DIY twist! 🖤❤️🤍 @thecheshireprintfair Here we go then -  Introducing our next Artist who will be with us at the @storyhouselive on the 25th  We’re loving these geometric numbers ! @dominicmarshalldesign   Here’s the lowdown Dom creates screen prints from the kitchen table in his North Staffordshire home. Encouraged by his family to take up the squeegee during lockdown and by necessity drawing inspiration from his immediate surroundings, his prints feature table lamps, geometric pattern, his record collection and bright, bright colours, they are intended to be both cool and to bring a smile to the face. Dom is very much still learning the process, initial prints are invariably tried out on anything that is lying around the house with McDonalds bags and Amazon packaging being particular favourites.
