Every part, starting from 5-axis cnc’ed dropouts to custom mold, made in Italy carbon tubes is bespoke, as well as all the ti shaping and milling which we have done in house at our workshop.

As for this bike, here’s the technical details: Big ass tires (700x44 @wildernesstrailbikes Raddlers) check, titanium check, @envecomposites everything check, @chriskingbuzz parts kit check amazing paint check, and the most surprising thing is its damn light. Fender-able, 3 bottle bosses check check. I get a lot of questions about overlap in my bikes, but they all have a purpose and an idea. It all depends on what type of riding I want to do. This thing is a monster ideal for getting into the real rough stuff. Super stoked to put more time in on this thing and to be testing the new @sramroad Force Wide group. All is this to say, I’m super appreciative to work so many amazing people. Projects like these have been such mood boosters during this crazy year. And this is what Mr. Richard Ezard has to say after 3750 km ride: “We toured both the north and south islands of New Zealand on our JONES with your forks, clocking nearly 3750 km, back for a few weeks before heading to Scotland sea kayaking. The forks were amazing, removing trail buzz, and after the first week or so where I kept watching their "movement" under various conditions, we just forgot about them. We rode blacktop/gravel (with incredible "washboarding") and singletrack, including The Timber Trail, an 80km offroad trail on the north island (the shots of the bikes muddy, is at the end of the trail) As you will note on the attached photo's, we bike packed including 'Anywhere' cages & bags on the forks, again no issues with the forks, really pleased.”
