why are so many rise episodes missing from netflix im so confused

#i looked up the episode list and there is a season two but some of those eps are in s1 and then the rest arent? #and also some in the middle??? #i dont even know where to Start w a watch order since theyre two-story style episode titles #i am so lost #talks #rottmnt #im on like ep 18 but now im like. i hope i didnt miss any somewhere in the middle #dont they have a netflix movie? why wouldnt netflix put the full show they produced a movie for??
